I know better than to stick a cotton swab in my ear. The cotton remains lodged in your ear canal permanently. Regardless, my ears itch regularly and i need immediate relief. This was a lifesaver. It is a durable product. The nodules on the swab give it more "value". It was easy to clean with an alcohol swab.

With trying to go greener I thought I would try this swab. I like that I can reuse it and clean it with a tiny bit of soap. The only problem with this swab is that you don't get the absorption that you do with a regular Q-tip. I like to clean my ears after a shower and you can't really do that with this. It doesn't soak up any moisture so my ears still feel like they need to be cleaned. But it does seem to gather most of the wax and does a good enough job that I'll be buying a second one.

I like that it can get in there and scratch an itch (and potentially clean or push wax deeper, depending on who you ask)... but like another reviewer said, after showers it's not so helpful because it doesn't absorb water, so I end up using a cotton swab anyway.

I wouldn’t say it’s absorbs or thick but it does exactly what it should. It’s different from a normal qtip but I like the fact I’m not wasting. It is very easy to clean. Nice product!

I really wanted to love this and move to something more sustainable as I use 1-2 cotton swabs per day. However it is not at all absorbent so will not dry my ears after a shower or relieve the discomfort from drainage. I kept it at work though as it did help to alleviate itching without worrying about scratching my ear but just snapped in half while trying to do so...

This snapped and broke immediately. I tried to put it back in the case and one of the heads bent. It also doesn't work like a cotton swab. I know we aren't supposed to put those in our ears and need to find something else, but this ain't it. Pricy and broke immediately.
