I picked up this Philips Bluetooth stereo system for our living room entertainment center, and it has been a fantastic addition for the whole house. The compact design fits nicely on the shelf alongside our other electronics without taking over the space. This is a great stereo system. The Bluetooth works very well and the remote control makes it very easy to use. I find that when using the FM radio feature the sound is not as good as when I use the Bluetooth feature. The quality of the radio sounds a little bit tin can to me, but when playing songs over the Bluetooth, the sound is excellent. It is very easy to set up and I was able to do so without having to read the instructions in minutes. It is very self explanatory. So many Bluetooth systems do not include FM radio so I really appreciate the combination with this. It has other features, but I do not anticipate that I will be using them. I have a Bose radio which replaced my original Bose radio so I am definitely a Bose radio fan… I tried to make a video comparing the sound. I think the sound coming from the stereo when using the Bluetooth is top-notch and as good if not better than the Bose, but the FM feature is not as good as the Bose. So depending on what you would be using the stereo for wood, determine how much you will enjoy the system! When compared to the Bose, it is definitely a value. I think this is a great item. My JBL speaker puts out incredible sound as well, but it is only one speaker and I like how this has two speakers so that you can really get the benefit of stereo. This is definitely not as portable as my JBL speaker, and even though it puts out great sound, I do find that the size of the whole system is a little bit large. Incredible sound can come from small devices lately and I would prefer this was a little bit smaller so that I could tuck it away. It will have to be a main feature due to its size.

I personally think this stereo is absolutely adorable. It has a clean, compact design that looks great without taking up much space. One of my favorite things about it is how many listening options it offers. I love having the flexibility to stream music via Bluetooth, listen to FM radio, play music from a USB drive, or connect another device through the audio input. I was especially excited that it still includes a CD player. I have plenty of CDs that I still enjoy, so it's nice to have a modern stereo that lets me keep listening to them while also offering all of the newer features. I also appreciate that it comes with a remote control. It's a small detail, but it makes using the stereo much more convenient for me so I'll use it more often. The sound quality is very good for a compact system, with clear audio and enough volume for a bedroom, office, or other small to medium-sized space. Since it's Philips, I feel like it's a good value that will likely last a long time. I hope you find this review helpful!

I ordered the Philips stereo system. This is worked out even better than I had hoped! I thought maybe I would give it as a gift to one of the grandkids. But then hubby and I decided we're taking a trip in our travel trailer this fall. The built-in sound system has failed in the trailer. I was thinking maybe this could replace it but worried it would be too big(Because space is a premium in a travel trailer.) To my surprise and delight it is a small square unit that will actually fit were the old stereo is located! We tested the stereo functions before taking it out to the travel trailer and see if it would fit. We got everything to work quickly except the Bluetooth. I'm sure it will work but we were in too much of a hurry to spend much time on it. In the world of travel trailers the Wi-Fi is not a feature that works a lot of the campgrounds. So I'm not even sure if we would use the Bluetooth. I know hubby was glad it had a CD player. I was too because we like playing CDs in the travel trailer. (At home I use streaming services and almost never listen to CDs.) It has so many good features and ways to listen to your music. I definitely recommend it it's a great value for the money.

This is an awesome compact CD player and Bluetooth speaker set! First of all, it's extremely easy to set up. There are just two little wires for each speaker that are color-coded and go into two little slots in the back. And then just plug it in. The supplied directions show you how to do it along with how to set up the clock and some other neat features at this device. Everything is super easy to figure out. At the end of the directions it talks about how you can get the Phillips app but this is not necessary for connecting via Bluetooth. The phillips BT was easily found on my cell phone under Bluetooth devices once I hit the BT pair source button on the device. This looks like a very high-quality system in a compact size. It looks well made and classy. I was able to not only play my CDs but additionally play CDs that I had made myself from downloaded music over 20 years ago (some CD players will not play these sorts of CDs) It was also very easy to play music off of my cell phone too. Once it has been paired to a cell phone you just go into wherever you wanna play music and it automatically plays on the speakers. The speakers sound really good too! (but take that with a grain of salt because I am not a music aficionado...) When the stereo was on, it can display the time, but I appreciate that when you turn the stereo off, the time disappears so that it does not continuously illuminate the bedroom at night. I also enjoy all the other added features, as shown on the amazon description page. Overall, I'm super happy with this product!
