Each stool took about 10 - 15 minutes to assemble. These are sturdy enough for a 190 lb person. I haven't had any guests who weigh more than that, so I can't speak to that. They are attractive, the height is easy to adjust, the stitching is good. The 4 stools in the picture are spread out along the 112" counter length. That length could comfortably accommodate 5 stools. Two stools fit comfortably at a counter length of 45". I took a picture of two of them at the end of the counter to show how they fit at the 45" counter length. I had to order two other groups of barstools to finally get the best. The seat is sturdy and wide enough and deep enough to meet my standards. The material on the chairs are good. Worth the PRICE!

    • Easy to put together
I only gave it 4 stars because the back doesn't work for me. I know many younger folks like to lean back, even when in their cars. This should work well for them. Unfortunately I prefer to sit up straighter and if I do, my back doesn't touch the back of the stool. Other than that, they were easily assembled, look terrific, go up and down easily and I love the place for my feet to sit on when I'm using these stools. Also, the stools turn 360 degrees and that makes it easy to get on/and or off. Week later - ordered 2 more! ... show more

    • Good Costumer service! I really like the design, but a bit pricey for the quality
First of all, the most important thing is costumer service and even though the company is clearly not operating in the US and there were many moments of miscommunication over emails, they did compensate me for some defects the chairs had. Really wanted to love them they look great, quality still need improvement, the gas lift sinks 2" when you sit, the base radius is decent size but at full hight it is not stable at all. Once again, company compensated me to my satisfaction, unfortunately they didn't have the color of chairs I wanted in stock, but I will try to buy from them again in the future. ... show more

Good - I liked the stools. Exactly what I expected. Bad - The order did not contain any screws to put the stools together. While it's an inconvenience, it happens. I get that. Where things went really south was the customer service. After a month and several emails back and forth asking "where are my replacement screws?", the package finally showed up. When I opened the package, I received enough screws for 1 of the 2 stools in the order. So, it's a month after receiving the order and I can use one of the 2 stools I ordered. At least now I have a screw I can take to the hardware store today and purchase additional ones to get both stools complete. ... show more

    • What a comfort to sit in!
This was one of those items you wished you had found earlier. It was easy as 1,2,3 to put together. I'd bet a 8 year old could assemble it. And comfortable too! Great buy for the dollar. Easy to put together and really showcase your kitchen island.
