First, bench arrived earlier than expected. Packing is adequate with all tools included. Instructions is simple and clear I am able to assemble it all alone in about 20 minutes. Definitely NOT red - more of a coral / pink color. Disappointed as I ordered a red cushion for the bench which now does not match (the cushion is a true red). The bench itself is nice.

DO NOT PURCHASE.....THIS ARRIVED BROKEN BUT TO GET A REFUND I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING TO RETURN TO CHINA!!! Bench is broken in 4 spots. Unboxing the bench only to find a piece of the bench back completely broken off. This bench was delivered much faster than expected, wrapped nicely in the package with every accessory included. It was so easy to assemble, only took ten minutes for me and my mom to finish. This bench looks more beautiful than the picture, the color is very bright. It is very sturdy and heavy duty, can easily seat three normal sized people. I really love sitting in my new bench and enjoy the warm sunshine! Highly recommend! ... show more

When I received the bench and took it out of the box to put it together I found one of the side pieces didn't have the pilot holes where it attaches to the seat. So I started the process to return it. I wasn't looking forward to mailing it back. Then I received an email from the seller the day after I started the return process stating they would replace the bench since it was defective (they just ask for photos of the problem) for no charge and I didn't have to return the defective one. What a relief!! I received the new bench in less than a week. It was very easy to put together. There are just four pieces. I didn't care for the color but liked the style is why I ordered it so I painted it black and I love it. For the price it is good quality. I put it by my side door and love the way it looks. I bought this although I knew I wouldn't like the color. Easy to assemble. I didn't even n eed the instructions. I spray painted it garden green and painted the birds blue. Now it's gorgeous and perfect for my porch. I bought a cushion so me and my dog can sit in the sun together. It's sturdy enough for me (130lbs), but I don't know how well it would work for people who are heavier. The metal isn't that thick. But it doesn't move or creak at all when I sit on it, so it might be okay for up to 180-200lbs. ... show more
