I'm really happy with this couch and ottoman. I decided to buy the 5 pc set vs the 3 pc set simply because I felt the ottoman being detachable was more versatile. I also thought that in the fall when I'm stacking and covering, it will be easier. I'll start by saying that I had NO problems with this set at all. Delivery was a breeze (the two boxes were heavy, but cleverly packaged like a tetris game and undamaged by FedEx). Unpacking was simple. All parts were labeled and the directions were plenty clear. I didn't have any problems lining up the holes and getting the bolts started. In order to have this result, you absolutely must follow the directions and do not tighten up the bolts until all of them have been inserted and started. And I mean do not go beyond a few turns after getting it started. You will have no problems with assembly if you do this. The directions state this, but I am guessing that the people who had trouble lining up the holes probably tightened up screws too much before they had them all in. That being said, you have to carefully look to make sure that you have screws in all of the places they are supposed to go. The directions don't tell you how many screws get inserted, so you just need to pay attention. The box that contained the two corner pieces had stickers to label some parts, and the stickers were on the little metal legs. They did not come off, but they will face the wall so it doesn't bother me. If I want to try to get it off later, I will. The box that contained the middle piece, ottoman and coffee table had protective coating over the little metal legs that had to be peeled off. That was a great idea and would have been nice if it had been done the same way for the other box that had the stickers that overlapped the metal legs. The stickers come off the plastic rattan very easily. Overall, just read the directions and know that anytime you are screwing in bolts using an allen wrench, it is tedious. It took me about 2 hours to get it all together. My hands were a little bit worn out, but the adrenaline in having new patio furniture takes over! I placed the furniture underneath an overhang on my deck. It will get wet, and it will get dewey, but I think it will do all right. The ottoman cushion got wet in a rainstorm and the water pooled up a little bit on top. It dried out very quickly in the following sunny day. If you are a tall person and concerned about size, budget patio furniture is not for you. Go to a furniture store, or go to an outdoor store that sells high-end patio furniture and you will find nice regular sized furniture for about four times this price and up. There is patio furniture and then there is high quality patio furniture. I don't know what people expected for the price. I am 5 foot 5 in tall, and the furniture is very comfortable to me. I bought two throw pillows and can lay across the couch and read a book without a problem. The ottoman, or chaise lounge, is not that big... It is loveseat size. Since all the cushions are square and interchangeable, it is two cushions long - so not that long!! Don't buy this with the intention that the ottoman in chaise form will be super long. Common sense. I bought the navy blue color with brown, and it is very nice. I hope that it holds up for a long time, but I plan to rotate the cushions so that they will all fade evenly. The fabric on the cushions is not soft. Again, for the price, you should not expect high-end Sunbrella fabrics! It is inexpensive outdoor fabric and works just fine. I would rather it weather the elements than be soft and disintegrate rapidly. The clips that hold the sofa pieces together work very well. There are two for each joint, and I think it is ample. I did not attach the ottoman, because I move it regularly. I'm very happy with the style and quality of this furniture for the price. I was at a local Garden store today and saw a similar sectional sofa on sale (which really wasn't any higher or larger than this) at $1, 800! I'm happy I saved my money and hope that this will serve me for many years to come! ... show more

I bought the 7 piece set. It is beautiful to look at but NOT very comfortable. The cushions don't have much cushion in them. I absolutely would have given this set 5 stars if the cushions were thicker and more comfortable.

After researching I couldn’t find any good reviews or photos of one of these and I took the plunge anyway. First off, this set looks great once it’s been put together and the best part is the fire pit. It’s fairly easy to put together but it is not made well. For example, many of the screws won’t go in correctly because whoever was welding allowed solder drips to get into the threaded receivers. I drilled this out with a drill bit to remedy that problem. Another problem is (which you can see in photos) there’s a good amount of rusting and bad welding around the joints. It must have been exposed to moisture in the air while being shipped and it may compromise its structural integrity beyond a year or two if use. Another problem is the cushions are very thin and uncomfortable (We are going to add pillows to help with this) and the backs of the chairs are much lower than I was expecting. All in all, I got this on sale for a couple hundred off the normal price and it was worth saving $$ and not spending $3K on a similar set. If you want quality, fork out an extra $1000-2000 and get something from Costco, if you want the most bang for your buck, go with this bad boy. ... show more

We ordered this product and requested it to be arrived just 1 day before bthe scheduled delivery date as we were expecting family over. They were super prompt and sent it atleast a week before time. Also, once the product arrived and after we got it assembled, there was a broken part in the ignition. Might have happened during the transit. We reached out to the seller Phi Villa. Their team was extremely prompt in sending us a replacement of the broken part. Even after this, there was some unresolved issue due to which the firepit wouldn't turn on. Phi Villa Team went over and beyond to make sure we were happy with the product. They sent us a brand new table so that our set looked complete. Now this is what I call exceptional customer service. Esta es la tienda y el producto con lo que me eh sentido más cómodo y satisfecho en Amazon… el producto es tal y como se muestra en las fotos y su descripción… (claro todo depende de lo bien que lo ensambles) es un mueble para terraza techada y preferiblemente si no está en uso o lo colocas en el exterior sin techo, recomiendo que le pongas un cover por la humedad y el agua lluvia así evitas corrosión….. en cuanto al servicio al cliente es lo máximo; el cristal de la mesa se rompió en el transporte; contacte al vendedor y en menos de una hora me respondió con la solución en mano de enviarme uno nuevo…. Luego el nuevo que me enviaron también se rompió en el transporte y de inmediato reporte el accidente me dieron la opción de enviarme otro cristal o reembolsarme el dinero para que compre uno en una tienda local y así lo hice y todo quedó perfecto….
