Started rusting the first year, now on its 3rd year and almost all of the top coat has bubbled off cause of the rust building up under the coating. Doesn't come with a base for the umbrella. Don't pay this price. Not worth it..

On raising the triple headed umbrella, I noticed the turnhandle was wobberly. I did not bother to report it as it worked just fine. Then just three months the raising mechanism failed making it impossible to use. I emailed PHI VILLA service and immediately received reply. After a quick explanation they offered to replace the whole umbrella. Within less than a week, a brand new one arrived via Fed Ex. This new one has a firm wind handle and works perfectly.
