Better communication about numerous deliveries would have been helpful, although customer service when we reached out answered our questions quickly. Only issue with actual product, was that top of fire pit does not fit in opening-awaiting resolution from company.

Excellent. Easy to assemble. Very sturdy. Cushions are thick and comfortable. Chairs are extremely wide. I purchased the matching end tables which completes the set. Had to buy a large storage box for the cushions when not in use.

Love how sturdy the chairs and couch feel. No one in our family is small but the chairs and couch all sit nicely. Love how deep they are. The table is beautiful. We are so excited to have a fire table that didn’t cost an arm and a leg on its own. We also like that the cushions and covers come apart so it’s easy to clean the cushions when needed. Having built lots of ikea furniture in the past we didn’t have any issues building these pieces! The only negative was that it is hard to track the shipments as Amazon will show “delivered” after the first group was delivered but we were still waiting on a couple more chairs. A week after our first shipment, two chairs still hadn’t arrived. I reached out to the company and they were quick to respond and send me a new tracking number for the two chairs.

The media could not be loaded. Each piece came color coded and the instructions were very easy to follow. I don’t have the cushions on currently but the covers are very durable, and good size.

The pieces showed up in several shipments and I thought the order was incomplete. Customer service responded promptly and politely. They tracked the missing boxes and let me know their status. The furniture looks great! It is very comfortable and feels sturdy. I like that extra hardware was included in case it’s needed. The covers feel nice and heavy duty.
