Love how sturdy the chairs and couch feel. No one in our family is small but the chairs and couch all sit nicely. Love how deep they are. The table is beautiful. We are so excited to have a fire table that didn’t cost an arm and a leg on its own. We also like that the cushions and covers come apart so it’s easy to clean the cushions when needed. Having built lots of ikea furniture in the past we didn’t have any issues building these pieces! The only negative was that it is hard to track the shipments as Amazon will show “delivered” after the first group was delivered but we were still waiting on a couple more chairs. A week after our first shipment, two chairs still hadn’t arrived. I reached out to the company and they were quick to respond and send me a new tracking number for the two chairs.

I searched and searched in store and could not find any patio furniture that was comfortable. I was very hesitant to order online but very happy with my purchase. I am 5'9" and these are large comfortable chairs and sofa. Don't have a heart attack when you see the cushions are vacuumed seal like I did. They puff up well and are good quality. My husband was a good sport putting it all together with me. Tooks some time but instructions and pieces are consistent making it easy to build.

Got my shipment which came in two orders three boxes one day one the next. Everything seemed well packaged. Today my grind and I started putting it all together. Do not attempt to do this alone you’ll be very unhappy. The instructions are nothing more than photos which can be a bit frustrating but doable. We got the two chairs and Ottomans together but some of the screws were tough as the holes didn’t line up properly but we made it work, we even had one screw a head stripped out. We then tackled the sofa, well that’s when it all went bad. There a center support/feet that didn’t have any holes one the one side to affix them to anything, and checking where you’d mount the back the holes were of by a lot so there is no possible way to put the sofa together. And we were missing three nuts. I called there customer support line just to be told the mail box was full. I’ve subsequently sent an email and am waiting for a reply. So disappointing. What we did get put together I do like although getting the cushions into the covers takes two people, Ugg.😩 I will adjust my review once I hear from them, otherwise I’ll have to start a return. UPDATE: Customer support got back to me the next day. Stated they don’t have replacement parts so they shipped out a new sofa. Came with all new cushions. Here’s where it gets strange. Upon putting the sofa together we found that the bottom external sections that needed a part that was labeled “C” which goes on one side and “D” which goes on the other side we’re both “C” instead of one of each. Luckily I still had the parts for the other sofa so I was able to get this together. I’m leaving the rating as is due to quality control issues but give 5 stars for customer service. I love the set it looks great is solid once put together but again instructions are really confusing. I’d still purchase this again as they stand by there product.

I love the furniture but hate that it took so long to get all the pieces delivered. They all came in different shipments. The last piece we got was the couch and they had two duplicate pieces and was missing a piece. So it’s been another week of waiting. No urgency to get us the part, no apology, no communication from them except that they told us be patient. All we want to know is when it will ship, the tracking number and when it will arrive. They’ve not responded. Love the product but hate the wait time and the customer service. Update: Instead of sending us the part we needed, they sent us a whole new couch. The process took awhile but was worth the wait. They took care of us and we are a satisfied customer. Very happy with the quality of their product.

The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased this patio furniture set, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Here are some key points I'd like to highlight: Comfort and Design: The cushions are incredibly comfortable and supportive. The blue color is vibrant and adds a nice pop of color to our patio. The overall design is sleek and modern, fitting perfectly with our outdoor decor. Setup: Assembly was straightforward and took me about an hour to complete. All the necessary tools were included, and the instructions were easy to follow. One thing to note is that the packages arrived on different dates, but everything was well-packaged and arrived in good condition. Functionality: The swivel chairs are a fantastic feature, making it easy to turn and enjoy different views of the backyard. I did alot of research before purchasing outdoor furniture and I kept coming back to Phi Villa. I was little nervous about their customer support from some other reviews, but we had a great experience. We were missing one small piece and Phi Villa responded immediately and made it right. The furniture is just as nice as we were hoping for. I can't speak to the longevity, but so far we are very pleased. The cushions are thick and sturdy as well. Highly recommend so far!
