    • Customer service was excellent in dealing with minor issues, that we had with the patio set.
My husband worked hours trying to put the patio chairs together, because the front bar was slightly too wide, and finally he went out & bought longer screws & that did the trick. It was a new product, thus no reviews yet, or maybe we could have caught the problem that way. We contacted customer service at Amazon & they were very helpful, in contacting the seller company for us, so this doesn't happen to someone else.
