It's very sturdy and stable once you get it tightened into your cup holder. I love the flexible arm and it actually gave me a larger cup holder than what I have in my vehicle. The only down side is I have to turn my head to the right to see my phone for navigation. But, I'm in Texas and it's hotter than the devil's backside and I was tired of the previous phone holder I had because it blocked one of my AC vents! ... show more

I wanted to send kudos to the seller, they reached out to me after reading my review so ***** to seller. It's good to know that they stand behind their product and want to make it right with their customer. Although I was shipped an open-boxed item, this product is functional. It does have some weight issues, if my phone is in the case, it still fits but not as snug as I would like because the phone bounces. Also when using bending (other than straight up and down) options the cup holder is less accessible. The inserts that allow snugness don't attach so if cup holder moves, they shift, and can cause cup to tip out. Great concept, not sure how long I will continue to use this, frustrating. ... show more

I'm keeping it. Holds my phone well and the attached cup holder holds my big cups. The holder doesn't stay tight in the car cup holder. Neck needs to be longer, too short to put it where I can see directions when driving.
