Iput this on my dock in fla. i sprayed all the pieces with clear to help delay surface rust. i also sprayed wd 40 in side the rail before assembly. it is sturdy with lottsa room for 2 adults.it was not too hard to put together just dont tighten all the screws untill its together! some patience is needed. be carefull not to cross thread any of them!

I really love this bench. I think it's pretty sturdy too. My only problem with it was that it had quite a lot of scratches all over it. It was packed well so it wasn't from the way it was shipped it handled during shipping. I probably should've returned it but I had a lot going on at the time and allowed the return window to expire. I do love the bench itself though!

This isn't perfect, like a couple of pieces don't quite align and it had some chips in the paint that rusted immediately. It's also more maroon than red. However, a coat of rustoleum spray paint and it looks great! It's lightweight and easy to move but also stays put in windstorms.
