The media could not be loaded. I purchased this chair set several weeks ago. It took me about 50 minutes to finish the installation. Most of the parts have already been attached together thus all I did was putting the base of the two rocking chairs together and setting up the side table. The two chairs are comfortable and with great quality. The material of the chair is somewhere between wood and plastic, offering a comfortable and natural feel without any unpleasant odors. I especially love the anti-rain design. The chairs dry very quickly after the rain, I used to be worried if I need to take the cushions indoors to keep them dry LOL. The thick cushions provided with the chairs are incredibly plush and supportive. Plus, I love the dark gray color which complement the tan chairs perfectly, adding a bit sophistication to my patio decor. Last but not least, the compact size of the set fits perfectly on my balcony without taking up too much space. It has become my go-to spot for enjoying the outdoors. The only concern is that I wish this product could provide more colors so that I could pick a color that fits my parasol better. Couldn't be more pleased with this purchase. ... show more

These chairs are SO comfortable and well made. Very sturdy. They were delivered in just a few days from when I ordered them. I love how the chairs swivel and glide! The cushions are thick and the navy blue color is so pretty. It does take quite some time to assemble them but the instructions were clear and all the hardware was well packaged. I read some reviews that mentioned that these chairs tip over backwards easily. My husband and I both tried to make them tip over to see if that was going to be a problem but neither of us could make them tip over when sitting in them even when we tried. Maybe if they are assembled incorrectly or the chairs are defective then they would tip over backwards. Ours are very sturdy and I can’t see how they would possibly tip over backwards. I have looked around online and in stores to try and find some nice chairs for our screened in back patio area and decided to order these. I was a little anxious about how they would look since I ordered them without actually seeing them in person. They could not be nicer chairs! I think they look better in person than in the pictures. I am considering ordering another set while they still have them in stock because I love these so much. Very highly recommend this set of chairs and side table. ... show more

I really love these chairs. They glide smooth and rotate well, there was a little bit of a challenge at putting them together, definitely a two man job. I will say that if you're on the shorter side under 5'4 your feet will have a hard time touching the ground as the seats are deep. My guy is 6'3 and they're comfortable for him. The backrest could have used a bit more stuffing but to compensate for that I went and purchased 2in foam and cut it to size of the backrest and put that in there and than added some of the stuffing that came with it back in, I also sewed on fabric ties to each side of the back pieces to keep them from falling forward or blowing over in the wind, which made them perfect for us. The bottom seat had plenty of cushion/support just the way it was. I'm happy with my purchase even though I had to modify them a little (that's why I only gave 4stars and not 5) ... show more

these chairs were very misleading They were hard to assemble and none of the bolts and screws matched we had to buy all new bolts and screws. I would have returned them but could not get in box.. big waste of money i will be taking to youth ranch and try to find some decent chairs . I am so sorry i bought these I would like to get some of my money back.. your picture was very misleading.. the cushions were so thin like 2 inches they would not even fit on chairs. your ad said they were very thick and they were not even 2 inches thick. I will try to get rid of these chairs very misleading information You cannot even set on them they are so flimsy!!!!!!!! ... show more

product arrived, and I had assembled most of it. After a chair was already assembled. I noticed that it was torn. I was able to contact the company and they sent me out a whole new box with the back rests in it, including half a chair and a whole new table. they were very easy to work with and I did not have to ship back everything just to get a new product. I now have two great chairs and two side tables and I’m very happy! They are very comfortable, rock and swivel in all directions, and exactly what we needed for our patio! ... show more

I will start with the pros. Very sturdy and comfortable chairs. They look beautiful on our patio. But.....they were impossible to assemble. Many screws did not match up with the holes. Definitely would have been easier with a second person. One screw was so hard to install that it eventually stripped and there were no extras. As much as I love the chairs they are not worth the 6 plus hours I spent assembling them. The manufacturer needs to do better. ... show more
