I mention customer service first because they were great. I initially had two problems on one chair the LEFT arm would not accept the screws --- the threads were off. I asked for a new arm and a few extra screws which were sent and resolved that problem. The table had a second problem. We had read a comment about the door not closing properly. It was hitting the door leg. The Service department suggested turning the table upside down and loosening the legs. So my steps went like this..... 1. 1st tape the door to the legs to prevent it from sliding off when turned upside down. 2. Lay a couple of cushions down 3. Flip the table upside down 4. Loosen the two legs on either side of the door. 5. Pull the legs outward such that they go to the other end of the oval screw slot 6. Check the door now for fit. 7. Tighten the screws and flip the table again 8. Remove the tape and find the problem fixed. One last thing, I should have washed off the blue glass rocks in the fireplace first. Too anxious to get it lit. My wife said she would do that next week while I am at work. The Chair Arm Screws are the worst item --- I hate those Allen Head Screws, but I made it work.

The company promptly contacted me and replaced the firepit. Their customer service is very good and substantially improves my opinion of this product. Once we have cooler weather I'll try the new firepit and may update my review again. Purchased this item in late December of 21 and have used it sparingly. It seemed to operate as intended when used. When not in use it was covered and partially under the house roof. The firepit table top is coming apart and rusting. Not sure how long it will last and it has only been used and not under cover 3 times. The chairs are comfortable but they have some small rubber feet that are installed during assembly. They are essentially useless. Most came off when the chairs were moved to the patio. The product could have been a great buy but the manufacture appears to have cut corners and opted for the lowest cost manufacturing method instead of opting for a quality product.

The chairs are great. We have had them for a week with no complaints. Assembly was fairly simple, some bolts were different to install but just be patient and it will go. Pay attention to the seat to base connection

Had a piece that did not fit properly. Had several emails between the supplier and they provided a replacement that fit properly. The supplier was very helpful in solving the problem. My wife loves the firepit and the chairs are very comfortable.
