This is a beautiful, affordable, and comfortable patio set. The seller has improved the stability of the chairs by including lock nuts to help avoid the swivel/rocker base from coming lose which caused some stability concerns. The assembly is time consuming and the 1.5 hour to 2 hours per chair is about the time it took me to put together but I am quite particular. Be sure to listen to others and do NOT tighten anything until you have all the nuts and bolts in place for the piece you are assembling. The table takes less than 30 minutes to assemble and it is stable enough to sit your drinks without spilling. I like the faux wicker as it should clean more easily. I have no complaints, it took me hours longer to find this nice patio set than actually assembling it. Be aware that it does come in two boxes and mine were delivered over 2 days.

Arrived in two boxes: one box marked A and the B. One box had chair parts and cushions; other box : chairs parts and the side table. The seams on the cushions were open and had to be stitched. Assembly: difficult (even with two people). Tools are provided, but they are inexpensive and if you only have these tools … you are in for a very difficult task. Bolts: the bolts are metric (6mm x 100) and are best driven by a 4mm hex bit with a ratcheting wrench or screwdriver. You can drive them with a 5/32, but this may cause some rounding of the hex indentations in the bolts. I found the bolt connecting the center of seat to the center of the chair back too short and bought longer bolts at the HW store. Frame: there are two long screws extruding from the frame, which limit the rocking and also the possibility of tipping over. You need to ensure that the arms that are supporting the chair are on the correct side of these screws. There were no extra bolts or nuts. The set looks good and sturdy. Because of cushions issues and assembly difficulties, I’m only giving this product 4 stars.

Ordered June 22 received July 12 but the hardware and instructions were missing. Called customer service and the hardware packages are back ordered. Not in stock as of today July 22 , 10 days after receiving the chairs parts. Cannot tell you if I like them because we can’t put them together until I get the parts ...if we ever get the parts. Very frustrating!!! August 11 finally sitting in our chairs. They are really nice looking and comfortable. Takes patience and time to put together.

Shopped and compared chairs for awhile. Happy that I chose these they did not disappoint! They are both pretty, sturdy & comfortable. The table is not as well built as the chairs. But I bought for the chairs anyways. Cushions are nice quality & the blue is a rich pretty color. Would not describe my husband as handy and he put them together himself no problems.

Update 8/30/21: I was too hasty in my initial review and want to update to be fair. After using for 2 months, we have grown to appreciate these chairs. I do still think the glide is short and they’re deep for my frame; however, we use them almost daily and have grown to like them. If for nothing else, they make our front porch look amazing! We’ll see how they hold up after longer use, but for now we’re enjoying them, despite my previous review. I’ve upped my rating to 3 stars from 1. I was mostly geared up to fight the assembly based on prior reviews, but was willing to suffer through it also because of the prior reviews that these were actually comfortable and nice. While it does take a while to assemble and does require 2 people for a few steps, it was easier than I thought it’d be. The big bummer came when we were finally able to sit down and enjoy the fruits of our hours worth of labor. These chairs are not comfortable like I thought they’d be. They don’t glide smoothly (short footprint so short glide), they sit up too straight and almost forward, and they’re too deep for my 5’4” frame. They already look like they’re going to break down quickly if we do use them for any period of time. I’m not happy at all. Especially since we bought two sets.

Perfect furniture for my porch. We are all very satisfied with the glider rockers since it's big enough to stretch. The wicker seems sturdy and easy to care. It takes 2 people to put together. Be sure not to tighten all the bolts until the end. Leave them loose until all parts are assembled, then tighten everything. Worth the extra effort and money!
