After many years of searching and many blankets being donated, I finally found one that I consider perfect. This looks like a bedspread, instead of a blanket, so it looks beautiful on the bed. It is soft, and cuddly, but also light. It gives plenty of warmth, but I never feel hot under it. It doesn't stretch, shrink, pill, shed, and making the bed is a snap with it! The cats can't ruin it like they have all the others. Four cats, and no sign of a snag!! The generous size is perfect for my very oversized mattress with a topper on it! I wash it and pop it into the dryer (no dryer sheet, of course) and it comes out perfect!! See how pretty my bed looks with in on. I have bought three of them at my husband's behest due to the fact that he is so sick of my whining about never being able to find a blanket that is worth anything! I'm so happy I found this, and I'm happy to give it a great review because this blanket deserves the time that this took!

I have a cushy queen-sized bed with a giant king-sized comforter. I also have a big squishy cat who sleeps on my bed with me, invariably trapping my legs under the covers. In the wintertime in a drafty house, it isn't so bad. However, it's currently summertime. Suffocating. This throw blanket is perfect!! It's so soft! It's thick enough to provide some warmth throughout the night (as well as cushioning between my skin & my cat's claws - huge win!) without being too thick or restrictive. It looks nice and is still just as comfortable as when I first got it, which is an important consideration for me as a frequent Amazon shopper who's faced disappointment with the actual product vs the advertised pictures. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend buying this little blanket!

Soooooooooo soft! I love it. This is going to be awesome for the summer because its not that thick, its on the thinner side and breathable which is good if you get hot at night. This is really good quality, I sleep with 2 dogs that like to do their little digging thing on it and so far, no snags. It doesn't shed, and washes well with no pills. I also think its a good price for a king size blanket!

Ok so I read the reviews and was looking for a soft, lightweight blanket that was nice for the couch that doesn't pill. Our cats love to eat the fuzz our old blankets left behind. I washed this according to directions, and put in the dryer with Bounce Fabric softener for Pet hair resistance, and it has not shed a single piece of fuzz so far. And, my huband and my cat love it.
