The Titan PGD1032 Gas Powered Post Driver is the most powerful model in the Farm & Home Series—offering up to 50% more impact force than the PGD2875. We live on a farm that has rocks the size a small car it seems. So, when we decided to build fence on our farm around 2300 feet, we weren't sure how that would go. My brother set all the wooden post with his tractor and post driver and stretched the woven wire fence for us, but we had to set the t-post. My husband and I aren't 20-year-olds anymore, so I thought how in the world are we going to be able to pound 200 t-post? Well, I came across the Titan post driver and my husband, and I did some research and decided to give it a try. It was the best money I have spent on our farm so far. Now, it is a two-person job, but the driver did not disappoint. We did hit a few rocks and sometimes it would drive past them but some we had to move the post, but that's not usual when fencing. Overall, the titan post driver is well worth the money. It ran great and it made driving post easy. It would drive a post in 30 seconds. I'm not sure where to start, this is a great little driver, it weighs 35 lbs. the four-stroke engine is nice and quiet, we drove 65 T post in 2 hours; it worked like a charm.     • Worth every penny
We're in rocky clay soil in SW Colorado and it takes maybe 10 seconds to get a post in the ground. Best results with two people. Wear hearing protection.

    • Works well but problems out of the box
The unit arrived with two problems. It wouldn't start at first. I tracked that down to a loose spark plug boot, very minor problem. I fixed that and it fired right up. Second problem was trickier as there was no response at all to squeezing the throttle. It turned out the throttle cable wasn't connected inside the handle. This required dismantling the handle to connect it, which was an unpleasant job. Now that it's fixed the unit performs very well on our tough rocky soil and is much preferable to hand driving with a post pounder. Overall, an 'A' for function, and a 'C' for quality control. ... show more

this thing is frickin cool, way cool I live in hard rock and clay mountain and out of the 40 post we put in in one day only 3 we had issue with getting in. To be fair when the hammer was working on the three spots you could feel the whole mauntain shaking under your feet. So i dont blame the tool. Arrived in nice, heavy duty plastic case. Started with little effort. Will idle but stalls out every time the throttle is pressed. I didn’t test it before the return window closed, shame on me. Now I have to pay to repair a brand new product.
