I rate this a 4/5 only because you needed two people to put it together and the instructions could have been a bit more clear. You may need your own wrench to tighten the bolts because the ones provided were not sufficient to tighten the bolts fully. May have been user error though? Once set up, it provided hours of fun in the hot FL sun, for our kids ages 10-16. We are pleased with the construction and just told the kids not to hang off the rim because it’s not made for that. Liked: Amazon delivered the product prior to the expected delivery date. Our family has enjoyed playing with the product. Disliked: I found the assembly instructions to be rather poor. The instructions have pictures of the hardware but do not have any specifications as to length (note: they are metric, M8). Turns out the hardware that came with my product had zinc coating. After about 3 weeks I noticed the hardware was rusting (see picture). I went to a hardware store, bought stainless steel hardware for $10.38, and switched out the hardware on the product. I also noticed the axel for the wheels is also rusting but have not replaced that yet. You would think the manufacturer would have supplied stainless steel hardware knowing the product was going to be used outside and next to a pool! **UPDATE** 8/18/2022. The nets that come with this product only last about a month. Each net started breaking up after a month of use. Note: we live in FL. ... show more

The washers used for the base was too small and elongated the hole. I bought larger washers and included the smaller washers to make it sturdy and its worked so far. The net dry rotted and fell apart quick but here in Yuma AZ it gets pretty hot so I am not suprises. Overall a good product to have fun in the pool. ... show more

The kids loved having a hoop for a couple of months in the pool. Not sturdy enough for my 11 year old. The rim bent and the plexy glass turned yellow and faded half way through an Arizona summer. The nets that came with it would tear within 2 weeks.

As the mom of a 10 year old boy, I love the extra pool activity! I easily put this together by myself in about 15 minutes. It's sturdy enough for the kids to dunk and play. It doesn't move from the side of the pool. The only thing is that the net disintegrated in the sun. I just bought a a net that showed icons of sun, rain and weather and we are now good for a long time to come. ... show more
