Great customer service despite Amazon's poor communication regarding shipping. We received one package out of three. Upon sending a message to the seller, they responded within a few short hours explaining the other two packages were shipped and provided the tracking numbers. We received them within two days (after the first package). All parts were present and the assembly was quick and efficient. After 4+ weeks of use our chickens love their run! This definitely takes 2 people. The frame is so easy to assemble and the chicken wire is easy to cut and attach. I am 47 year old out of shape woman and my husband 60 was able to put it all together and wired up in about 10 hrs. We are not DIYers and it was extremely easy to set up. Chickens love it. Overall I am very pleased with it and will probably order another one. Very easy to set up the main structure. The chicken wire was a little cumbersome, but with help went fairly quickly. I added additional 2”x4” fence at the bottom for extra security/protection. If you choose to do that, the pen is roughly 72’ around so you will need a 100’ roll. ... show more

I assembled this with my 8 and 9 y/o and wife in about 2-3 hours. Pipes are good quality and all the gate hardware is holding up fine; the latch is slightly cumbersome, but once its worn in after a week I haven't had issues opening or closing. The roll of coated chicken wire has plenty of length and its the exact width to run over the top across the width. We bought two and canceled one within hours. It took over a week to get the refund back and had to call our band cause the refund was on hold. The pen is nice but the poles are then so you definitely need to do a bit of adding to to make it work.
