Was pretty unhappy with a product that only lasted 90 days before it quit working. Amazon only warranties for 30 days. BUT Called PetSafe directly. On the phone they did a diagnostic, sent a text I could reply with a picture of proof of purchase. They are shipping a replacement - THIS is how customer service should work. Ordered PUL-275 as a replacement for an old one that broke. Collar works great. Only issue was the listing says it comes w/ 2 free batteries but it didn't. However, it at least came w/ one inserted in the collar, so we were able to use right away.

My dog, a German Shepherd/cattle dog mix, HATES delivery trucks. He's the only dog I've ever seen that bites tires when the vehicle isn't moving. He also thinks that the deer that sometime come onto my property are large squirrels. Even though he chases both of these arch enemies, he hasn't broken containment established by the invisible electronic bubble set up by the PetSafe base unit. The collar gives its warning beep and the dog skids to a stop. It works! This is the third collar I've purchased over a period of about ten years. When one dog destroys another dogs fence collar it’s time to replace. I’ve found these tend to last about 4 years otherwise. Wish they weren’t as expensive
