NO TUNNEL! - I was replacing another Staywell Cat Door, and I was trying to get one with a tunnel. I didn't realize that this one doesn't have a tunnel included. It still fits in the same hole, thank goodness, but since there's no tunnel, my cat was somehow able to reach inside and partially dismantle the door, thus requiring that I take it apart to put it together again properly. And that was just the first night that he was locked in! Apparently, my cat is quite the reverse engineer! I learned that I had to put a VERY heavy box in front of the door so he couldn't try to take it apart and make good his escape. I don't know yet how it works for routine entry/exit ... show more

I had purchased the same pet door years ago and through lots of use it finally wore out. Purchased the same one & to my only disappointment this one does not come with the insert to cover the width of the door. See pictures. Other than that, good quality product but only for a very THIN door?

I like how the magnetic seal fits as it does a good job of keeping out the weather. However I wish they had glued the strip to the door as my cat has managed to pry it off since he is a hard head and wishes to pull the door open instead of pushing it. Also with the locking flap ability we can keep him in the house when he needs to go to the vet while the other cat can still get in. ... show more
