Both of my cats love their “cat cave”! We bought two of them in case we wanted to transport them. They love laying in them. These carriers are super sturdy, easy to put together and seem easy enough to collapse again but we haven’t done that as the cats lay in them every day!

I have 3 cats who weigh 12-15 pounds each and this is the perfect sized carrier. I’m a fan of soft-sided carriers, which I leave open throughout the house for the cats to hang out in. As you can see, Toby took to this one right away! Two things that stand out to me are 1. The fixed base (the top can be collapsed but not the bottom) and fabric reinforcement around the bottom corners. These make it sturdier for my chonky 15 pounder 2. The 17 inch height. Many other carriers with the same footprint are 20+ inches tall. This one’s shorter height allows me to put it in the front passages seat of my Prius without compromising visibility. The AI synopsis for this listing somehow states that there is no shoulder strap. Mine did include one. Would definitely recommend, but would suggest getting separate ones for each cat. ... show more

I love this crate! I was skeptical at first, because it's fabric and I thought it wouldn't be study. When you unfold it and put it together, it's durable. My two cats (12+ pounds each) fit in it comfortably. My 35 pound toddler sits in top of it all the time with no issues. My cats have scratched the mesh like crazy and it hasn't been effected. Ordered the green version. Came with a shoulder strap, pet blanket, and collapsible blue pet bowl for travel. Easy to assemble and looks great. My cats took to it quickly and have been napping in it. This item was what I needed. Big enough to carry both my cats in case of an emergency. Was a little hard to get the rods to lock into place. It’s also big enough to have a cat that is sedated placed inside as it has a top and side opening. Be advise that the black color does not come with straps. I didn’t realize this as I was switching back and for between colors. Haven’t used it yet, but my cats are comfortable with it and use it as a bed/hiding place. ... show more

I have two 7ish pound kitties. This works great for transport. It folds easily for storage. I like that it has multiple openings for in/out. Clips hold it all together so it doesn't pop open when putting away.
