UPDATE: Today is June 3, 2024 Bought this piece of junk April 3, 2024. Once again the computer has blacked out. I am typing this on my smaller , older Acer. This newer larger one is JUNK! I wasted my money and it's too late to return the peice of TRASH! I tried with the so called A to Z guarantee. I have other Acers and this one is the SLOWEST one I have ever bought. Wish I could send it back. What a waste of money! A new problem today. The cursor disappeared and made this computer useless. Unplugged it so the battery will run out and maybe that will fix the problem. I can't even shut this piece of junk down. I bought the piece of JUNK in April of this year. THREE times it just blacks out! Tried to find help but can't get any! I wish I could return this piece of junk! I am typing this message on my other old Acer that has never had this black out problem. The one I bought in April is blacked out! Today is June 21,2024. I have had this chromebook since the first week of April 2024, For the 4th time it has blacked out. Earlier this week the curser wouldn't move. This is our second Chromebook. This one is so easy to use. We were able to set it up ourselves and started quickly. It’s perfect for searching the web, email, simple docs, streaming movies and doing online bill paying. The built in virus protection is a plus.
