I imagine this phone is fine. No dual sim tray so I didn't want it Refurbs aren't great about ringing or letting you know when you have a call, a missed call, a message, text or missed call. The sounds just don't go off all the time and quit altogether sooner or later especially for incoming texts. Listing didn't say if it had a dual sim or not so I had to buy it to find out and return it. It doesn't have one, so I returned it and didn't use it. Beware of restock fees on some of these phones or extras that if you neglect to return them it's deducted. I don't recall if I got my full refund or not or if I had to pay to send it back. Some refurb phones require you to know how to take software off or they deduct money from your return, so watch out if you don't know how. I do, but not everyone does, especially if you're buying it for someone else or as a gift. ... show more
