Had for 2/3 months now. Good fountain. Above average for sure. It's quiet. You do hear trickles of light water flowing, kind of soothing to us, but we read a lot. When tv is on, it's not heard. Relatively durable. Easy to clean. What convinced us to keep it is our 2 cats took to it quickly, and uses it frequently. Dislikes: weak pump; The little black pump filter was removed, this was causing flow interruptions; Having to reorder charcoal filters; Attempted contacting petory coustomer service, and have yet to get a reply. We'd reorder another if we had to replace our existing fountain. It came to down our cats for us. Cats our happy with it. Water intake greatly increased with cats too. We're happy. ✌️

Purchased this water fountain after my previous one became too noisy. This fountain is nearly silent and its assembly is very straightforward. It is bundled with some replacement filters and sponges for the intake of the pump. Unfortunately the pump in the fountain seems to be very weak and does not move the water easily.

It works well, my cat seems to like it though it didn’t stop him from splashing his water everywhere. It was easy ro put together and is very quiet. The only issues are the filters don't last very long and refilling in place on the floor is kind of hard with the pump as it’s attached.
