The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this water fountain and my cat does too! I’ve had it for about 3 weeks. The pump system is amazing. This is a lot easier to clean and stays cleaner for longer than my old fountain. I love the stainless steel tray and kind of wish they had one made of it entirely. I still love it though. The water basin lifts off of the bottom part, and you can easily disassemble the entire thing to clean. I had no issues putting the larger pieces in the dishwasher to clean. The smaller pieces are easily cleaned with a small brush that is included. The filters are very easy to replace. There is a white one and a small black one which are both supposed to be replaced every 2 weeks along with washing. This fountain is pretty much silent, my cat makes more noise drinking from it than it running on its own. I love that it comes with an app. I saw a lot of complaints about having to pay for the good features, however I’m satisfied with what the free version offers. It alerts me when my cat has drank and how much. You can see the water intake information from the previous weeks, you can check how long until you need to change the filter. You can customize the time needed for when you’d like to clean the fountain. You can control whether water is running all the time or if you want to use the motion trigger feature. It also has a close or far distance trigger option. You can also set a daily hydration goal for your cat. This wouldn’t be easy to differentiate in multi cat households, but it’s still nice to see how much your cats are drinking. I have had no issues with WiFi connectivity and it doesn’t reboot all the time as I read by another reviewer. The capacity of this fountain is great! For my one cat I top it off about twice a week. I of course change the water entirely when washing. I also love that this fountain has a cordless feature, but still comes with a nice charging cord and plug. I was able to use the fountain for about 1.5 weeks until I needed to plug it in to charge which is really nice. I have it set on the close motion trigger so it’s not running all the time. If you choose to keep it plugged in, it will run continuously. The base charged fairly quickly. I feel like it’s best to leave it plugged in for a whole day to get the best battery life. My cat adjusted to this fountain very quickly and uses it a lot! Having a male cat that’s prone to bladder stones has been very stressful. Knowing that he loves it and drinks way more water compared to a bowl is very important to me! In my opinion this fountain is worth the price 100% for my picky cat. Also, my cat can’t pull this fountain apart like he did with the catit flower fountain. The plastic pieces on top stay secured even if he messes with them a little. And the top tray is secured by two plastic hooks on each side. Overall, the quality is good.

I have the old model, but wanted one with a battery in case my cat unplugs it. This is incredible. A solid iteration on the one from several years ago. App is great. Water flow amount in fountain is ideal. Filters keep the water clean between fills. There is really not much to say other than PetLibro makes a great cat water fountain at a great price. The app is unobtrusive and is helpful. Build quality is nice. It is sleek and solid. This design is also easy to clean like the old one. Fit and finish is excellent, and it feels quality. This easily fits in your home as it's not an eyesore. The fountain also does not splash so you don't have to worry about that. My cat will sometimes splash some water, but she does that with any water dish.

After 30 years of living with cats, this is the best product I've ever bought for them. I've had this product for sux months now. My cats drink significantly more water because of it. It's easy to set up and clean. I wish I always had it. Extremely efffective, reliable, and convenient. The fountain is marvelous and inviting; even pleasant to listen to. No more worries about stressed kidneys. My three picky cats love it. No leaks, great battery life, durable, and very much wirth the money.

The app feature is honestly what sold me. Being able to see how much my cats are actually drinking is surprisingly reassuring, especially if you’re the type who worries whether they’re getting enough water. Setup was straightforward and the app paired without drama, which already puts it ahead of half the “smart” products out there. My cats were curious but slightly suspicious at first. Typical cat behavior. After a short adjustment period, they warmed up to it and now use it regularly. The motion sensor is a really nice touch since it activates when they approach, which seems to encourage them to drink more. This fountain is especially great for cats that are obsessed with sink faucets. If your cat follows you into the bathroom just to wait for running water, this feels like it scratches that same itch. So far, I haven’t found anything annoying or problematic. It’s quiet, looks clean and modern, and does what it’s supposed to do. Overall, a good choice if you want to monitor water intake and make drinking more appealing for picky cats.

It is an attractive unit and it does function mostly as advertised. The best function is the fact that it does not have those horrible aquarium pumps like a lot of the old water fountains. Otherwise, there are quite a lot of flaws here. First of all I am very irritated that it actually does not function as a cordless unit as it is supposed to. Thank goodness it does come with a power cord because it never charges enough to run on its own. But I did need a cordless unit and it just will not function that way. Also, the app is garbage. It will never pick up or connect to the unit. I think the technology advancement that it is supposed to have is just not there. This manufacturer needs to go back to the drawing board on that part.

Wish I had bought this product sooner! Kitty drinks a lot of water and loves his fountain. Easy to clean & maintain, and appreciate the feature of advance warning when filter needs replacing and fountain needs cleaning. Bought the wireless option for convenience. If I was to split a hair, wish the wireless option came in a stainless steel version, but it’s really no big deal either way. Product works great, is silent and so far am very happy. Good volume in a compact footprint.
