I’m going to be honest, I didn’t think I was going to like this fountain, but the wireless pump drew me in enough to try it. I’ve had numerous fountains - different brands, different materials - over the past 10 years. Some were more expensive than this one, some were less expensive. So, as I write this review, I’m using the experiences I’ve had with ALL of those fountains for my comparison, and I’ve had the PetLibro for about 2 months now. FIRST: Set up - The set up of this fountain is SUPER simple. The instructions are clear, but you really don’t even need them. Everything is intuitive, and the fountain really only fits together one way. You can’t even put the motor in backwards thanks to the notched design that makes it fit neatly in the bowl. SECOND: Operation - Full disclosure, I’ve only used the constantly on function, so I can only speak to that. It stays plugged in, so I don’t use the cordless function, though I do like that it’s an option. The water flow is excellent, and it is very quiet. The lack of a window to monitor water level is what kept me from purchasing this sooner. I didn’t think the the red light that notifies you when the water level is low would be noticeable enough, but it really is. And surprisingly, the motor shut off when the level is too low actually works. When operating, the fountain is VERY quiet. I don’t hear any motor sound at all, and very little water sound. Refilling is quite simple - you can remove the bowl from the base, remove the top and fill it per the instructions. I know the instructions say not to just top off the water by adding from the top, but honestly, as long as you don’t overfill, I don’t see why you can’t do that in a pinch. I have four small dogs, so we have to refill at least once a day, and it doesn’t need to be rinsed out every day, so I do sometimes just top off. THIRD - and this is the kicker - CLEANING: The one thing that has always been painful about pet fountains for me is the cleaning. The taking apart and putting back together. We have always had at least two fountains, and with some of the fountains we’ve had, cleaning them was a chore. Lots of parts to take apart, clean, replace the filter and put back together. This fountain is SO easy to clean. Fewer parts, easy to put back together, and because of the wireless motor, so much easier to clean without worrying about the power end of a cord getting wet while you’re struggling to take the motor apart for cleaning. This fountain cuts the cleaning time in half at least, and because of the ease of cleaning, I’ve been much better about cleaning more frequently (every two weeks as recommended). For some reason, this fountain also doesn’t seem to get as gross as other fountains I’ve had get. FOURTH - Expense - The replacement filters for this are no more expensive than the filters for other fountains, and you can get them auto shipped, which is nice so you don’t run out or have to remember to re-order. They are smaller than most of the other fountains filters I’ve used as well. I’ve been surprisingly impressed with this fountain, and have replaced two of my three fountains with the PetLibro so far. When that third (least used) fountain dies, it will be replaced with a PetLibro.

Love this product! I have a cat that likes to play in the water dishes and splashes water everywhere so I can't have a fountain that is plugged in near an outlet. I keep it in our bathroom and just charge it as needed when I clean the fountain and change the filters. The indicator lights are super helpful. I wish this had app connectivity but otherwise it is a great product. Very functional, holds plenty of water (even with the playful cat) and I like the stainless steel top.

I bought this PETLIBRO cat water fountain to replace an older one that we had purchased from a different brand. This specific one blew me away! Here are a few highlights as to why we love it: -Water Capacity: Not only was I filling my last one up every week, but was struggling when it came to keeping it clean. The PETLIBRO water fountain lasts about two weeks before I need to refill the tank with water. -Cleaning The Fountain: Cleaning is a breeze! Just detach all the parts every two weeks, and give it a good clean in the sink. I got ordered the extra filters pack, so I would be set for a while until I needed to restock. Manual was easy to follow and fountain is easy to operate! -Wireless: Our last water fountain had to be plugged into a wall outlet for it to work which ended up being a hassle as places to put it around the house were limited due to proximity to the outlets. The Wireless PETLIBRO cat water fountain makes it accessible anywhere in my house. With only one charging session per month, I can have my water fountain unplugged and operational for the whole month! This means no messy wires, hazards for your animals or unfit drinking locations. An added benefit is that the water fountain even works as its charging, meaning there is no wait for your cat’s hydration! -Quiet Design: The PETLIBRO water fountain is extremely quiet, which makes sure there are no annoying pump noises or bubbling sounds. Aside from a peaceful very light fountain sounding drip, this cat water fountain is pretty much silent. -Sleek Design: I have never loved the look of a cat water fountain more! It is a modern style fountain that doesn’t stick out as it fits right into my home style/decor colors and theme. -Cat Attraction: My cats were extremely intrigued by this fountain and they were instantly drinking from it right after set up. The moving water truly does entice them to drink more. Overall, would highly recommend to all fur baby owners!

LOVE this fountain. I work at a pet store so I've bought a lot of of fountains to give my cats the best drinking option. All the fountains I've gotten were horrible and only lasted 6 months or a year. They get that hard water stain if they're the plastic ones, the filters get dirty fast, and the motor is complicated and hard to clean EVERY inch! I finally got so sick of them breaking, getting dirty so quickly or being so complicated to clean I just gave my cats a bowl. But then I saw this for sale and saw its amazing reviews and thought to give it a chance. I LOVE IT. So easy to take apart and clean. There are only two parts inside to clean, it is super easy to set up and refill! Love the stainless steel dish, it stays so clean and shiny. Its light weight plastic bowl but its resilient and holds a lot! The fountain bit is perfect, tall enough to be out of the cats way but short so it doesn't splash or make sounds! So quiet sometime I have to check it before bed or going out incase it ran out! I'm a huge fan of the stand being a charging pack for the filter and that I don't have to take care of the wire while I'm trying to clean the bowl. Its such a perfect size and can go anywhere perfectly and it looks sleek modern! Big fan, I've had it for a year and no issues yet and it stays as clean as I got it. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a cat fountain!
