Instructions made this an easy installation. I went with the 18" set instead of 24" because I needed the safety pilot for propane installation. The 24" wouldn't be center in the fire box. The seller gave me outstanding customer support. Had some questions prior to purchasing and the responded same day. I wish more sellers on Amazon were as good as they well.     • Nice stuff, pilot switch a pain

The flexible hose is not very flexible. I really had to tinker with it to get it to fit and it ended up leaking after being bent and twisted so much. My fireplace’s propane line comes in from the left and the unit ships with right orientation, meaning I had some work to do in order to switch it around. This was nowhere in the instructions, by the way. I tried to install the pilot switch but because of the left orientation it just wouldn’t work. I wasted a little money on that upgrade as the switch is just useless spare parts now. Overall, the fire looks good. ... show more

Great set of logs. They were easy to install and very easy to light. I was replacing a set that were rediculously hard to light - these are easy to light and they look great.

We had this professionally installed and with in a week the pilot system was dead. Period they won't warranty their product! JUNK Stay away ! If you buy you were warned !

Did a lot of research before buying this set and am not disappointed. It is one of the most realistic gas logs sets I've send and gives our home a surprisingly amount of heat. I installed it myself and found installation relatively easy.

Nice fireplace. Installed it in an old brick fireplace at my home. It came set up for propane ( which is what I wanted ). It came with parts to convert to natural gas. The top log has some soot build up. I may need to adjust the gas pressure or combustion air. Idk. Not a big problem though. Looks close to a wood fire. ... show more
