It is pretty light and easy to use, helping us to clean dog urine quickly. Suggest drainage tank to be improved to prevent leaking.

If the seller ever gives me a tracking number for this product and then delivers it I may change my rating. So far Amazon has an expected delivery date of Yesterday for this product and advised me to contact the seller for more information on delivery. I have tried contacting this seller several times only to get auto-replies. All I want is a tracking number so I can look for the package with whatever carrier they used. But they will not give the tracking number to me nor have they had the product delivered. I suppose next step is to cancel an never order fro Bissell. ... show more

I wanted to love this product. I doubted the reviews about it leaking as much as everyone said because how could such a faulty product be sold. I have the bissel upright and it also leaks but it's manageable. However, this product has leaked everytime I have used it. I use it to clean up puppy accidents on my carpet from my foster puppies. The cleaner is so strong smelling, you are unable to tell if it cleans the smell because it covers it up. Puppy poo stains do not come out without an excessive amount of repeat spraying and cleaning. The return liquid which is dirt or pee or poo leaks out multiple spots. It even bubbles out the exhaust air. I wondered why the return liquid reservoir was so small. Its because it never fills up because it leaks out and also stays stuck in the machine until you take the reservoir off to empty it and then all this nasty liquid pours out from inside the machine. Yuck!! The reservoir is also a poor design. It's difficult to take off because it is always covered in soapy water. The idea of a no cord portable cleaning machine is enticing but that is not what it is. It is messy, time consuming, unsanitary, money pit. ... show more

Its small but so convenient for the little day to day uses. Works for all kind of spills. Had a red juice spill on my carpet for weeks and after I applied the spot & stain remover formula and treated twice it was completely gone. Next i tried with some stains from my car's back sit, those took some tries to remove but surprisingly all came out. It is so effective. Pretty powerful- no cord in the way. The 4 hour battery charge time was no issue at all, and it lasted for a good 20 -30 minute run time. Its my little sidekick for every day use around furniture and carpet. ... show more

I kept waiting for my old dog to vomit or you puppy to pee in the house so I could try the Bissel Pet Stain Eraser. I guess I should not complain. I did however step in poop and drag it in the house on my shoe today. So now I can assess the power of the new pet stain remover. My first impression was it was light and easy to use. I used the use the green spot cleaner which was heavy and cumbersome. The result of the carpent cleaning was similar to the green machine. I am satisfied with the job it did of cleaning the carpet and the unit is so much smaller to use. I would recommend this spot clean to my family and friends with pet any day. ... show more
