I ordered this collar for one of our recently rescued dogs that has a tendency to try and escape. The product got lost during shipping and I messaged the seller regarding it not being delivered, the seller replied immediately and offered a replacement. She remade the collar over again, customized and all, and sent it out again through a different shipping facility with no hesitation. This collar definitely is exactly what I expected, if not better. The quality is amazing and the engraved tag is perfect. Of course I scribbled out some of my number so I could post on here, don’t confuse the amateur scribbles with a mess up haha! I wanted to take a moment to give this product and the seller at 5 star review. Not only is the product nice quality but the customer service was exceptional. I was a bad buyer and purchased the size my dog typically wears without measuring his neck. When it came in, it was a bit too big. For reference, my dog is a 15 lb bichon mix and I ordered a small originally. Since this is a customized product I didn’t know if it would be exchanged but reached out to the seller to ask anyways. She had no problem sending me an XS collar free of charge even though she couldn’t accept the original collar back. She was prompt in her replies and very friendly. Nice polished revits add extra strength and durability to the collar. Engraving on the name plate was very high quality and lots of options for script and design. love this thing its all that was promised. it gets 3 stars because the end of the collar flaps out and there is no way to secure it. other than adding a snap some how. you cannot cut it due to it being two stitched pieces of letter. we ordered per our dogs measurements AKA as directed and we had to go to the last whole in the collar so it would not pull off over her ears. our germen shepard loves to pull her by the collar when they play so a snugg fit was a must. I would order one size down if we was to do it again. maybe that would help with the weird flappy part of the collar, that's produced if you go to the last whole on the collar. ... show more
