My loft office is much hotter than the rest of the house. On days that are not too humid, this does a good job of slightly lowering the temps in my loft. I fill the tank with ~6 ice cubes and the water lasts for several hours. The oscillation works well too in cooling the entire room. On humid days however, this is just a small USB powered fan and doesn't have any cooling effect. Fortunately I already had a spare 2A USB adapter, but I think one should have been bundled with this product as most of my spare adapters are 1A varieties. ... show more

Really nice fan for the price. I like the rotating feature and the different fan speed options. I have it on my desk at work because my face gets so hot at work. I add ice water, and it helps the air blow cooler. I really wish it would blow cold air, but it's better than a regular fan that just stirs around hot air. This little cooler fan definitely helps more than a regular fan, but don't expect it to fully cool down your room. It does help though while living in 100+ degree weather with a poorly working house AC. Also, I noticed some people were upset with the display being too bright.     • Promises More Than It Delivers: Inadequate Cooling and Shortcomings in Features

The Personal Air Cooler with its 90° oscillation and 5 wind speeds seems like a dream come true for anyone seeking relief from the heat in a small space. Regrettably, my experience with this unit fell well below expectations, compelling me to give it a 1-star rating. Build and Design The air cooler appears stylish with its gradient color light and compact design. However, the build quality feels flimsy, and the buttons are not very responsive. Cooling Performance Most disappointing is the cooling performance. Despite having a 600ML water tank and a humidifier function, the unit struggles to cool even a small area effectively. It barely makes a noticeable difference in the room temperature, and the “5 wind speeds” seem more like variations of weak airflow. Features The gradient color light, while aesthetically pleasing, is more gimmicky than functional. The 1-8H timing feature also proved to be inconsistent, sometimes shutting off earlier than the set time. Pros: 1. Compact Design: Easy to fit on a desk or a small table. Cons: 1. Inadequate Cooling: Fails to deliver on its primary function. 2. Unreliable Features: Timing and lighting functions are inconsistent. 3. Flimsy Build: Feels cheaply made, with unresponsive buttons. 4. Noise Level: Marketed as quiet, but it’s actually quite noisy, particularly at higher settings. Comparison Compared to similar products like the Evapolar Personal Air Cooler, this unit lags in almost every aspect. The Evapolar device offers better cooling, a more robust build, and quieter operation. Usage Experience I used this air cooler for about a week in my home office, which is roughly 100 square feet. Even at the highest setting, the unit failed to cool the space adequately. The oscillation feature spreads the inadequate cooling around, offering no real improvement.
