    • Excellent stroller for traveling alone with a child in airports
Bottom line: Purchased this stroller specifically to use in major airports and I’m very pleased with its design and performance. I highly recommend it if you’re traveling alone with a young child. What I needed: Because I regularly fly alone to visit family in a different state with my toddler, I needed a stroller that is lightweight, maneuverable with one hand, and easily collapses; I got my money’s worth with the Summer 3D mini! What I got: This stroller is compact and utilitarian while comfortable for my growing child. The handles are at a good height and angle to avoid wrist fatigue and the wheel distance is sufficient so I’m not always kicking it (I’m 5’5”). I was extremely pleased that I can push it with one hand - after a little practice - so I am able to pull my suitcase behind me and be self sufficient from the curb. You do need to reach down and use your hand to disengage the safety mechanism to fold the stroller, however it automatically locks into the folded position and easily unfolds with one hand (I just use my foot to secure it in the open position). For child security, it’s got an adjustable 5 point harness with padding that is simple to operate for an adult; I like the additional shoulder straps so the kid can’t reach forward and pull the stroller over. The double wheels are perfect for stability and maneuvering on any surface, even on a gravel hiking path in the rain! Perks: It comes with under seat storage, albeit minimal. The designer was smart and added a double drink holder that’s got a zipper compartment. The sunshade is detachable (DO remember to remove this before you gatecheck the stroller, it might pop off if the baggage handlers are rough with it!) and long enough to be useful at sunset/going uphill facing the sun. The seat reclines slightly to keep a sleeping child’s neck at a safe angle. My only frustration was figuring out why the front wheels weren’t moving properly, but this is actually a happy problem. Apparently, both the front and back wheels each have a way to lock each individual wheel in place so you kid doesn’t roll downhill. The front pair have a little switch to lock them that is often bumped when the stroller is folded and being handled by airport staff, but ultimately I’m glad they do lock so it’s a minor inconvenience. Why I love it: I HATE inefficiency and being stuck in airport security and this stroller helps me streamline my boarding process for a less stressful (I am flying with a toddler, let’s be realistic) traveling experience. I’ve flown with this stroller multiple times and both I and my child like it so much it’s now my go-to stroller for walks and shopping trips.     • Great stroller for vacation
I purchased this stroller for taking on vacation to visit some amusement parks with my three year old son. Summer is a brand that, in my experience, never disappoints so i was happy to find a stroller made by Summer at a great price. It worked great for the purpose. I picked this stroller because the brand, price point, and compact size when folded. At my son's age we don't have a need for strollers often and I didn't see a point in spending a fortune on something we don't plan on using aside from a week long vacation. The stroller was very easy to put together, even without looking at the directions. Its sturdy and everything seems well made. The seat is soft with lots of space. It reclines just enough for a nap on the go. It also didn't take much space in the car which was very nice. The storage under the cup holders kept its contents safe, dry and unnoticed -security at both parks missed it completely! The cup holders themselves were perfectly sized, all of the cups or bottles we used for the week fit without spills. The storage underneath the seat was just a bit too small for my bookbag and putting the bookbag on stroller handles blocked access to the cup holder, so I would recommend finding an alternative type of bag if you plan on using one with this stroller. The wheels are soft and absorb a surprising amount of impact from rough surfaces, it also navigates drop offs/steps such as curbs very well. I got two stroller fans, one for each of us, and they were the perfect addition. The sun shade is surprisingly large so my son pulled it down as far as it goes and with the fan he had his own ventilated "bubble", which he enjoyed. I also added a bike lock to this stroller providing a way to secure the stroller when leaving it unattended. We had no issues at all with this stroller or its performance for the entire week of constant use - it was very helpful to have and i was impressed with how well it held up. This purchase was invaluable. I was able to spend less than renting and found an awesome compact stroller we can use if needed in the future. If you need a compact stroller at a great price you should try this one, it won't disappoint! ... show more

    • Front wheels can be annoying
I wanted this product as my other stroller was very bulky. Product arrived a little late but that was ok I wasn't in dire need. There was no damage upon inspection and setup. To put together was fairly easy and took no time at all. To pack and unpack was easy as the stroller is lightweight and the way it folded made it easy to store in vehicle. It wont stand on its own it has to be leaned on wall or layed on ground. I tested the stroller on a walk in the park everything went good but I noticed the front wheel on the left side was spinning on and off. My child weighs about 30 pounds so I'm not sure it it has to do with the build of the stroller but it wasn't to big of an issue. I did notice that the front wheel can be annoying depending on the surface of the floor. In some stores the wheel is ok the same wheel does the off on spinning thing, in other stores both front wheels had a hard time turning and aligning to the direction I was walking. Not worth the price especially with the issues I've been having. 3 stars for the convince and weight of the stroller I would add more stars if the build and quality was better ... show more

This stroller is versatile, lightweight, and sturdy. It’s a go to buy for vacationing without a clunky stroller. Fair warning, the pocket underneath doesn’t hold much, but the stroller is still worth it.
