I bought two. Bought for one window after the 20 year old mechanism stopped retracting properly, then ordered the second one after being happy with the first experience. The entire process of putting in the custom sizing and color was painless and they even follow up with you right away to confirm that you have measured properly. Very easy to install! The hardware was superior to the Bali brand ones that they replaced. Very pleased. Also, they are not cheap, but excellent quality and alot less expensive than having someone come out and do the measuring and installing.

The blind is great...looks great and easy to install. The only negative for me is the site is difficult to use. If I chose the blind color I wanted prior to customizing the blind size, the site wouldn't take the change in color. If I customized the size first, the site wouldn't let me pick a color. In the end, I was happy with the dark grey default color.

My house is made of windows with bits of wall holding them all together. I've spent thousands on window treatments. In lower traffic areas I decided to risk it and see if these were good. I'm pleasantly surprised! These look and feel great. The seller is responsive. The product functions properly and fits in the window perfectly per the specifications I provided. I ordered from them twice. The first was a year ago and a small window so the cost wouldn't be a huge loss. Last month I decided to finish the area because the first shade held up this long. The order process was exactly the same. Prompt and thorough. Things to keep in mind: 1. This ships from China so you'll need to be patient. 2. The hardware on top is visible if you're at eye level with the header. There is a tiny gap and you can see a glint of silver. The name brand shades I have are not like that. 3. Follow their instructions for measuring. They make sense. 4. Color options are limited. 5. Features are comparatively limited. Overall I'm pleased and thankful that this option exists.
