I’m not sure it is just me but every time I buy a computer off Amazon I have issues with that computer right out of the box. First the graphics card did not have drivers, i mean really it says it’s tested before it leaves, but yet I’ve had two computers from Amazon come broken. I give it 1 star because the packaging was torn not the Amazon package but the computer. No damage to the unit from outward appearance. Get it started and set up and go to turn it off and it turns right back on again right after it starts. The audio jack while headphones are plugged in randomly it will send the music to the tv. About the only thing that went well with this purchase is that it showed up on time. I have put in for refund we will see how it goes if we’ll then I’ll change it back to a 3 for at least them makeing it right by giving my money back. UPDATE@@@@@@@@@ I have repaired a few issues that the computer came with. Main power cord was not secured, along with a few others. Along with a few other discrepancies I.e. missing drivers. But for the price and what you get as long you have a little bit of knowledge then this is a good buy.

They say three display ports but only one is actually connected to anything... haha. Anyway great pc for the price, but I worry how many of the details of this product are non-functional components. *edit Ever want to love something sooo bad but... it keeps underperforming? That would be this. The two display ports on my graphics card have been to not recognize more than 1 monitor at a time... since that is the most expensive part of this pc build I am a little bit frustrated.... Oh and wait there is more! I can't even find a new graphics card... so thats just too dang bad for me. *edit So the more I tear into this build the more depressed I get. They threw the asus gtx 1660 phoenix model graphics card in mine instead of the msi model pictured. (It runs hotter and has a tendency to overheat) The PC is overall quite great, but I keep finding little details that cause complications for me. I think I might just tear it down and rebuild a bit, I do like the case.

Came packaged nicely. And with a surprise inside. They gave me a free upgrade do to the fact that the graphics card it was supposed to come with was out of stock so that was nice. So far its running great handles call of duty and escape from tarkov well. Super quiet fans. The build looks well done to.

When I got this pc, it was in good condition. The problems started when I looked closely at all of the components. The ram was not seated properly, resulting in the computer not booting. The thermal paste was lazily slapped onto the CPU. This resulted in very high temps (100 degrees Celsius) I had to reapply it. Otherwise, the pc has been working great for months.

I love this! When i got it the cpu fan was loose and the magnet it went into was lost in the shell. I was concerned I would have to return it. (Its my first magnetic fan lol) but then i found the piece and placed it back together and it worked perfectly. So toootally worth the buy.

It works really great with Streamlabs OBS running 60FPS streams if your into that thing and runs GTA V RP and multiple apps running while your playing it. Only problem with mine was one of the lights for my fan doesn’t work but all the fans still work perfect fine and the Graphics card is great for this price.
