Love the 130 pound hopper. The stove will not keep running on the lowest setting #1, when it self regulates on tempeture control it won't restart, due to much ash I think.

Bought to heat a 1500 square foot shop. The heat output is great, problem is it’s rated for 24,000 square feet and I don’t think they take into consideration the height f the building! I have 18’ walls and the heat is in the top half of the building! I’m going to have to install a fan to push it back down to the floor level. 40 sheets outside, 75 degrees inside the high areas of the shop and 60 on the floor! Takes about 2 hours from outside temp inside to get it warm inside because I don’t leave it on all the time! ... show more

The heat output on this stove is awesome. I have a two story, 3700sqft house and we haven’t turned our furnace on once this winter. We keep the stove on level 7 when home and turn it down to 3 when we are away. On 7 our down stairs stays around 75 and upstairs stays about 70. Great investment considering we were paying $500/mo on propane last winter. I highly recommend this stove. I haven’t had any need for customer support so that’s why I gave them a 3. ... show more

120 pound hopper. Easy controls, I use a premium pine pellet and hardly any ash. On low though will make the glass black.

Great temprature control love the auto ignite no more hastle trying to light. Just turn the knob and leave it alone. Keeps whole house at the right temp. Love the big hopper load three bags of pellets and since i dont run overnight i can get almost a week without refilling.

    • DO NOT BUY THIS STOVE.
I've had this for 4 years now and it's nothing but headaches. The ash catcher is a poor design, you have to turn off the stove after 1-2 bags just to empty. When the stove runs out of pellets it throws an error... when you turn the knob off and turn it back on after said error the stove will have pretend to start for 20 minutes before throwing another error (I've found sometimes unplugging and plugging back in bypasses this) every time. So many nights at 3am dealing with this piece of junk instead of enjoying a nice warm house in my bed. I wish I could go back so bad and spend a little extra ... show more
