The bike doesn’t come built but my husband was able to build it successfully following the instructions. We’ve used the bike a lot and it’s worked perfectly for us. Don’t regret ordering it from Amazon.

I wouldn’t order from Amazon and order from Peloton directly. The bike came with a plug that was loose and the monitor wouldn’t turn on. If you order from Peloton directly, they have parts on their trucks and can calibrate your bike. No reason to order from Amazon who doesn’t have expert assembly and work through Peloton after for parts/assemply. ... show more
