This works pretty good. Extracts the yolk and only retains a little egg white. I tried separating four yolks in a bowl and seems that is a bit much egg white to be efficient.

The egg separator is a bit stiff when you mash it on the sides to pull the yolk in. I'm hoping the more I use it, it will soften. Unfortunately I had a couple of yolks to break due to the separator's stiffness.
