Got it to have Internet and streaming capability. The wireless and ethernet performed flawlessly. Bluetooth worked perfectly. No issues with install, took about 40-45 minutes. Connected my 10TB external USB drive and the OS recognized it instantly and I had access. I bought this to replace a Dell Studio XPS 8100 from 2010. It still works. However, the power consumption of this mini is 1/10th what the Dell used. Outputs far less heat into the room. Best computer purchase I've made in 14 years :-)

This Paladn mini pc is a gem! Replacing an old laptop. It boots in about 8 seconds, youtube streams fine over wi-fi. Comes with win11 pro installed and takes about 20mins to setup. I don't expect a celeron cpu to be any sort of power pc or gaming machine, but seems fine for web browsing, as a media center, and for lite office work. A bonus is win11 had no bloatware intalled, and the peladn website does offer some support with drivers and the win11 o/s to flash the solid state drive back to the original factory setting. Overall, a decent choice for a tiny space. It raises the question- why would anyone buy a win11 license when its less expensive to get it along with fairly recent hardware? A plus- the integrated graphics are good and the internal fan is very quiet. Recommended.

This PELADN WI-4 Mini PC is quite a powerhouse given it’s size and price. For simple applications, like watching a 4K movie or writing a document, it’s all that’s necessary. Obviously it’s not suited to video games. The 4k HD is divided into an 117 GB C drive, with 84 GB free, and an empty 357 GB D drive. I will probably increase the C to the full size of the HD and use a NAS drive in place of D. The Mini PC is supplied with Windows W11 Pro. The Pro version makes it suitable for simple business applications and is generally overkill for home users. One feature of Pro, however, that is nice on a home system is “sandbox”. Sandbox allows you to start a virtual W11 system, permitting apps to be installed, risky web sites to be investigated, and settings to be tried with full confidence that nothing will remain on the host when the sandbox is closed. For expand-ability, the Mini PC is equipped with two HDMI ports, four USB 3 ports, a RJ45 GB port, Bluetooth, and WIFI 5. I found the WIFI to be slow but the wired LAN was fast.

I have used it for about a month and it starts in less than 25 seconds, has handle several programs running at once (including utorrent) and has not had an issue. I do use CCleaner and have set it so unnecessary programs from starting and running.

I was able to keep my monitors, keyboard, and mouse from a previous employer, so this mini computer was perfect for us! everything plugged in easily, and set up was a breeze- i am not very good with technology . This was a much cheaper option than buying a laptop and docking station. Only had for a day, but overall very happy first impression!

Was a great little unit while it lasted... which was only a couple of days. Received my first unit, easy set up out of the box. Got everything dialed in for use as a media PC. Used it the first night, no issues. Worked beautifully. Next day, turned it on... no picture out. Tried everything; Multiple monitors, changed cables, multiple reboots. Nothing, nada, black screen. Processed a replacement through Amazon for a replacement with same item. Came next day. This time I did a minimal setup. Only what was absolutely necessary. Worked great for 4 days then... caput. Same exact issue. No video. Processing it for a refund. I'll look for another brand. Bottom line: Look elsewhere for a mini PC.
