Bought this item for my 50" TV with intentions of upgrading to a larger TV soon. Instructions were easy to follow, mounted into 2 studs. Felt as though I could hang from the mount myself, very sturdy. I now have an 85" on the mount, still feels just as sturdy. Very good mount, great deal for your money!     • Will hold very large tv's easily
Used it to mount a 77" LG. Used two wall studs. The included hardware was adequate and the mounting template was great. The hooks on bars design makes placing the TV on the wall mount a snap, with one drawback. It's hard to center the TV on the bars so when you make final adjustments for rotation and leveling, if you're not mounted dead center, it can easily tilt hard one direction or the other making it difficult to adjust. Marking the bars clearly with paint pens would be a pro tip to avoid this problem. That being said it's hard to find drawbacks. The design is good and very strong. The mount never feels wimpy in any way. You trust it to hold up your big expensive TV with ease. As they say, measure twice drill once. If your stud placement is accurate and you predrill the holes for the anchors, the job will be fairly simple. The bubble level also comes in handy. ... show more

All you need is a power drill and a stud finder and the rest is self explanatory and clear. It provides a lot of mobility for my tv to be mounted in the corner of my living room and pushed in if needed. Exactly what I needed and very sturdy!
