I used it once and it broke. The piece that’s connected on the foot peddle popped right off. Also, something in the handle popped out of place? It’s obviously very cheaply made.

I love the versatility of this resistance band and the fact that you can take it with you wherever you go is major plus! It is made, at least from what I can tell and have experienced while using it, very good quality material. Even with me being a taller woman at 5'7", this is a great size for me. The tension is great and you can definitely feel the burn during and after working out. This resistance band works well and is again very versatile! I love that you can do just about any workout with it. I'm still finding more and more workout to try out and no disappointed at all in finding this! I highly recommend not just for the fantastic price at $14, which is well worth it if you ask me, but for the quality and versatility alone!

This Fitness Rope is fantastic: it is light weight and small enough so I can take it with me when I travel. It is of great quality and so very versatile. I can do so many different exercises to strengthen so many different muscle groups. It comes with instructions which are very helpful in giving you some ideas on how to use it; however, the possibilities are endless. It is very comfortable to use since the handles and foot loops are nicely padded. The bands have a very good resistance level and will give you a good workout. For the price, you get such a great exercise tool that can be used in so many different ways and that you can take with you - absolutely useful.

Great concept but not very sturdy for an actual workout. On my first use it fell apart. I was able to put it back together but it didn’t last long before I had to do it again. A bit annoying to have to do. Also, THIS IS MADE OF LATEX. If you have a latex allergy, don’t buy it. I was itching all evening even until the allergy meds knocked me out.

This is a remake of an old favorite of housewives everywhere. This can be used to assist with sit-ups or to strengthen the arms and legs. The reason this gadget design has stood the test of time is because of its versatility during a workout. There aren't too many pieces of exercise equipment out there that can easily fit into a gym bag yet work so many muscles in the body. The ability to use it for stretching is even good for a pre-workout routine for yoga and pilates fans. I love that I could choose the color I wanted and that this one uses elastic pull ropes instead of a huge spring. This could have a spot in anyone's workout routine.
