I love the ease of set up and hook up! It looks great in my back yard. It works well and is warm, but not really hot (however it was windy the first few uses, may be better in this season).

This round cement-color fire pit comes well packaged. There is a lot of Styrofoam and cardboard to protect the pit. Putting it together is easy enough: screw in the igniter and attach the gas line. Find the lava rocks strapped into the inside of the shell and distribute them. The first few times lighting is a bit of a learning curve. I think you have to push down and turn 90 degrees to get gas flow and then push the igniter. Then hold for a little and release. Turning further decreases the gas flow. Unfortunately, the igniter is not working any more after doing the job a few times, so now we use a match to light the gas. ... show more

I love this firepit. Perfect addition to my outdoor living space. It kicks out a nice amount of heat. It's easy to operate. And it's relatively easy to move around. It's too large to pick up by yourself, but it has handles you can use to pull it. There are adjustable legs on it, so you can adjust if the unit wobbles. As others mentioned it's not actually stone, but looks close enough that it blends in with my outdoor space. So far so good. ... show more

I like that it has a certification. My husband used gas pipe under our deck in order to hide the propane tank behind our Tiki Bar. Great value for the price. Have been using it every night! A great gathering spot for friends and family 😊

Have owned the fire pit for about a year. It looks nice and works well. I live in New England and just took the cover off after the first Winter and discovered the paint is chipping off all over. The paint is thinner than paper. I’ve been diligent about keeping the pit covered in any wet or cold weather but am upset to see this issue with the paint. I’ve thought about re-painting it myself but am pretty sure the areas that haven’t chipped yet will just tear off and take my new paint job with it. Also, the cover pools with water and eventually gets tiny tears all over which may be what caused this issue with the paint, so would recommend replacing with a more heavy duty cover. ... show more

I received this item, it is really nice. Looks just as nice as in the picture. I thought i would get a hose for the gas line, but i guess this is not included. I also bought the storage for the tank but the gas line is not included there either. (Not in the description) I assumed it would come with a gas line. I am missing the rocks and pain and do not know who to contact, since i purchased through Amazon. Hopefully i will get my rocks and paint. ... show more

Bought this item and kept it covered 100% of the time when not in use. Followed all instructions on use and storage. After two onths of use, the paint started peeling. Contacted the company, who responded by saying it was outsde the 30 day warranty, but they would send touch up paint acter providing the order number, which we did. Then thye responded and said it was outside the 30 days and we should pick up paint at a hobby store. The firepit looks terrible now with multiple spots of peeling paint. Very poor quality. Isn’t concrete. It’s metal painted to look like concrete. The heat isn’t like a wood fire but will be fine for spring & summer. So far we love it & it looks nice. I only marked it down a star because it’s mislabeled as concrete.
