Extremely happy with my new gazebo once it arrived. I didn’t know a signature was required for delivery so we had some issues with Fed Ex. It shipped a few days early but took us 2 weeks to actually get it. 2 boxes arrive 2 days before the 3rd box. Me and my boyfriend were able to assemble the gazebo in about 8 hours. The instructions were easy to understand. Be sure to have power tools cause I can’t image someone trying to put it together with an Allen wrench that comes with it. Every piece was labeled with small stickers. Removing the stickers as we assembled each piece was probably the hardest part of the whole thing cause they don’t come off easily. Lol All went well with assembly except for the roof on one side due to the holes not lining up properly so my boyfriend had to re-drill new holes cause the holes were off by a lot. And that is why I gave a 4 star rating on quality of materials. It was missing 5 spacers so I emailed the company and they replied rather quickly and are shipping the spacers to me this week. Spent about 10 hours, over multiple days, assembling. Did 99% of it by my 63 yr old self. Had my wife assist with bolting the legs together. I inspected ALL the parts before beginning, to make sure everything was there (it was). Have to say that about 98% of the parts had paint scratched off, exposing the aluminum. Probably wouldn't be an issue, but I am fussy, so I spend some hours and touch up paint to fix that. One of the main legs had a noticeable , silver dollar size, ding in it. Not pretty, but does not affect the functionality. Directions were mostly pictures, but easy enough to follow. Having said all that, I am happy with the product and don't regret buying it. Now just waiting on the Azon delivery of a fan and misting system. It does shield you form the sun, but it also does get hot underneath when there is no breeze. Would I recommend? YES! ... show more

I was afraid my contractor would have a hard time putting the roof on, but he assembled the whole thing in less than 6 hours. He had one helper. I am very pleased with the product. The curtains are a little too long and touch the deck. This may cause them to mold unless they dry all the way.

    • Be Perpared for Long Assembly Time

Once together, this gazebo is sturdy and looks nice. I'll give it that. The assembly was a total nightmare. It took 6 adults over 6 hours to assemble this beast. Not one part was easy. From step one, attaching the corner posts to the base plates, there would be an additional step needed. In this case, it was that the tabs on the base plates were all bent and had to be straightened. The directions are poorly written, and the diagrams were next to useless and unclear. It was like an afternoon long battle to put this together. We still have to go out an "finish" the gazebo today by hanging the curtains and tightening up all of the hardware, so there's still time that needs to be spent on this thing before it's complete. I would recommend looking at a different manufacturer for something similar, that you may have better luck assembling. For the money you're planning on dropping for this gazebo, buy one that doesn't come with a built-in headache. ... show more

Overall impressed with the end result! Definitely tedious and time consuming assembly, but 18 pages of directions were very detailed - not allowing for a lot of guesswork. We shopped around for the right gazebo and ultimately glad we chose this one. The first day we had it up, it poured rain so we zipped it up and everything stayed dry. Our son put this up by himself but left the net and the curtain for us to put up. Well that didn't go so well, no instructions. What looked to be the outside was really the inside. What a mess. Love this! There were a couple of damaged parts, however the seller was super responsive and handled the situation perfectly. We have been eating outside almost every night. We can simply pull the netted curtain and enjoy a big free meal. It was fairly easy to assemble however I will say that when we started on the roof, we originally put the panel clips (that the slide into) upside down. We got halfway through the 2nd side prior to realizing that the panels wouldn’t line up that way, so we had to take all of the panels off and start over on the roof. I highly recommend that you follow the instructions! The construction of the gazebo is strong and sturdy, I have little doubt that it will last for many years! ... show more
