I purchased this dome for a recent holiday party and was very happy with the decision. The assembly was very straightforward - each piece was clearly labeled and it took about 90 minutes to assemble by myself. On a chilly and rainy night, the inside of the dome was warm and cozy. My husband was apprehensive about the time it would take to set up, but it took him and our son just about an hour to assemble. The hardest part was stretching the plastic over the structure and lining up the door just right. After the sun warmed it up it was easy to stretch. We added a couple packs of solar lights and it’s been a great spot to relax at night. We’ve had it up since February and it’s held out through snow and some mild storms. Last night we had tornado winds up to 75mph and it did blow the igloo into our neighbors yard. We had it staked to the ground prior. Anyway, the plastic and piping are still all intact. We just need to replace a few of the fittings that cracked. *Update* I contacted the seller and they sent us replacements for all the broken pieces! They were very responsive and sent the parts out the day after I gave them the number that we needed. The second picture shows the dome all put up again. Good as new! ... show more

The wind got a hold of this yesterday and sent it flying in now I have a few broken parts of which I would like to order get replaced but I cannot find a contact or a phone number or an email or anything. Does anybody have an idea who to contact?

We got this dome, put it up, and the very first time we tried zipping it shut the zipper either tore or was already tore away from the plastic. We had it up for less than 10 minutes and already had a gapping hole next to the zipper. Pictures to show Gap. Tried contacting seller but Amazon won't let me. It wants me to return the whole thing. That's absurd. I paid over $800 for this. I want a replacement cover. If the company works this out I will update my review. Otherwise... I don't recommend paying $800+ for this! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Overall like the product, went together single handed in several hours. Cover is clear but very wrinkled and strong chemical smell that has not resided yet, ( 2 days) . I don't understand the wrinkles, their not from packaging. Time will tell if they do smooth out. Oh yes, and to my surprise they're is a slight echo. like the design and overall usefulness and would recommend to others if the oder disappears ... show more

Remember when you were a child, how you couldn't wait to be a grown up so you could do anything you wanted? Well, you're finally a grownup now, and you should get this igloo. Cuz after you set it up (2 hours max, cuz you're an adult), you get to experience the best parts of being an adult AND being a kid, every time you use it. Friends and family love it. It's amazing. Magical, especially in the winter (one or two Mr Buddy propane heaters keep it plenty warm, even during snowstorms. Lights not included - - but you should add lots of lights to it, cuz then it's even MORE magical. Oh, and add 4-8 sandbags to it so it doesn't blow away (bags from Amazon; sand from the old pit just outside of town). Totally worth it. ... show more
