This is the first e-bike I’ve owned, but I’ve ridden a QuietKat before — and this Peak 5000W electric bike has exceeded all my expectations. I’ve already put over 350 miles on mine, and it’s been solid the whole way. The dual motors give it serious torque, and it handles all kinds of terrain — dirt, sand, gravel, even snow — with ease. The fat 26" tires and full suspension soak up bumps and make the ride super stable and comfortable, even at speed. Speaking of speed, the fastest I’ve hit is 40 MPH, which is plenty fast for trail and off-road riding. It’s stable and confidence-inspiring even when moving that fast, and it’s clear the frame and suspension were built to handle it. The 52V 30Ah battery is a beast — I can ride for hours without worrying about range. Whether you're just cruising or pushing it hard with full throttle, it holds up really well. Compared to the QuietKat I rode, this bike feels more aggressive, has better suspension, and just delivers a more fun and powerful ride. For a first e-bike, I couldn’t have asked for more. If you’re looking for a true off-road-capable e-bike with real power and range, this one checks all the boxes.

The bike only took me 20 minutes to assemble. The bike right out of the box does 40 mph. This is one tough built bike. This is my 3 rd electric bike and by far the best built. Also received the bike a day early. I would definitely recommend this bike to anyone. Fast, easy to ride and comfortable. Great all around experience and bike. Update, the saddle bags are not the best. Mine ripped at the top stitching the first time I put anything in them. Top speed is 42 mph ( I’m 6’ and 230 lbs ) so that’s pretty good. I’m very happy overall with the bike.

**update 2*** the seller and tuttio both reached out to me within 2 days(have to account for time zone difference) and are shipping me a main wiring harness,already have tracking for it,cant beat that at all. Knowing that if something does go out,that they have me covered is awesome..so back to being 100% happy with my purchase,especially knowing that they do honor their warranty ...Will update once I receive and install harness. ***update 1*** 18 miles and the horn and lights quit working,upon investigation the wiring harness came pinched from the factory where it goes into the controller housing...either going to have to splice or replace,reached out to tuttio but no response as of yet. Bike arrived,only took an hour to put together,its a lot of fun..done quite a few upgrades already. Perfect for Appalachian hills with the dual motor,carries me up them at 35mph @6'6 225lbs. Can't really say enough good things about it,especially since they provide a 2 year warranty,even on the battery. With how feature rich the bike is,its the best you're going to get in the 1500 dollar range and still look like a bike. The acceleration is something else too,in pas5 just with throttle you can go from 0 to 35+ in a second,so its great for riding with traffic. Keep your expectations realistic in terms of range,as a rule basically say 1ah is 1mile full throttle in pas5,so with just throttle you can get 25 miles or so. Pedaling uses less juice so I tend to do that,only use throttle to move at stop lights or stop signs. Also be careful if you're new to ebikes,take your time and get used to the bike,its features,how it handles,brakes,etc. 100% would buy again.

I purchased this as a birthday gift for my husband. He is thrilled with the speed, power and overall quality of the bike...we were especially impressed to find a very large Facebook community around this particular bike and have received some much needed information and assistance through this community.....The reason for the 4 star rating is twofold....number one... the instructions are OK but not as good as they should be....also, Throw away ALL of the “tools” included because they are cheap, worthless and often don’t fit and are likely to strip whatever you are working on.....be prepared with your own quality tools! Not really sure how or why it happened, but ten days after the bike was received; on a smooth ride with nothing of concern; the rear tire suddenly went completely flat!....to the point that just walking the bike, the rear tire separated from the rim and became a nightmare to move any further!....my husband was left with no choice but to drag it to the closest tree so he could lock it up and call me to come and help which was a few hours later because I was at work. $200.00 later (with a better tire and inner tube) he is back on the road enjoying his bike! We had to take it to a bike shop because we weren’t able to get the back tire off....we later found out from the bike shop that it was because you can’t remove the rear tire nut without first removing the screw that holds the fender in place....just a costly and frustrating experience in a short time span!.... we did a lot of research... look at citizen cycle on YouTube he has some great videos about this bike… Overall we feel really good about the purchase just wanna be honest about our actual experience hopefully it’s not a common one!

Probably best Ebike out there. But this is not made for a small person. If you're not 5'10" and have long legs this bike is not for you. I can tell you this though. It can be easily customized to your liking. The dual hub motors never spin out. They just grip whatever surface they are on. I only really engage dual motors to climb steep roads and trails...or to go a little faster when I really need it. I haven't found a hill this bike won't climb and do it while going 25+ mph. I live in the PNW and we have hills everywhere. Off all the bikes I've owned, this is the most well made and fastest. Would buy again.
