With all the bikes out there to choose from it was a tough ordeal to pick the right one. I made the right choice. Shipping was on time. Unpacking the bike was time consuming. Took about 30 min and with good reason. The care taken packing the bike was 5 star. Not a scratch on the bike or broken parts to contend with. Instructions were easy to follow and I had the bike assembled in about an hour. Only issue I had and others did as well was installing the bike rack. Holes could be better punched and made a bit larger. If you never rode an electric bike there is a shirt learning curve but once you have become comfortable with the bike it become second nature. The ride is extreamly comfortable especially going over rough pavement, grass or gravel. It is a heavy bike for sure so don’t expect to storage it on a wall in your garage. I have seen some of the low star reviews but it did not persuade me from buying the bike. Like any product that is manufactured, there are going to be some that will have issues that get thru to the consumer. Don’t take them as a standard. This is a well manufactured bike and well thought out. Power and ride comfort are amazing as well as customer support. You will not go wrong with this bike.

Good bike, It’s a little on the heavy side but the power is good. In putting it together: * The goose neck Allen heads are different sizes (makes no sense) * They used a lot of padding in the packaging but I still had scuff marks on the sprocket legs (where the pedals mounted) * You need to adjust the disk brakes * The tool kit they provide - the Allen wrench heads don’t fit everything and I had to utlize my own kit I am enjoying the bike, I have not ridden it more than a couple of miles yet but all seems well

Electric assist stopped working after one minute of use. Battery shows full charge. Tried changing the assist levels, dual/single motor - nothing. It was a very expensive mistake buying this bike. UPDATE I have been working with Tuttio customer support to diagnose the problem. The only way to contact them is via WhatsApp (also tried calling the number, e-mail, form on their website - nothing). They have been fairly responsive on WhatsApp. It looks like the correspondents are located in China, so keep in mind the time difference. The customer support process works as follows: You send them videos illustrating the problem They ask you to start disconnecting brake sensors, lights, motors You ask the to provide instructions on what wires those connections are (there is no wiring diagram or markings on the cables). They send you a video in Chinese that seems to illustrate the procedure You do your best to follow the instructions, make a new video (the changes did not make a difference in my case) After a few iterations of this, almost all cables on my bike have been disconnected and reconnected a few times. Finally, they decided that replacing the controller, the throttle and the main line (?) should fix the problem and sent me the parts (shipping takes about 10 days). I did not have an opportunity to perform the repairs yet (I have a day job which is not bike repair), but will post another update after it is done. UPDATE 2 Replacing the parts took me more 4 hours. The trickiest part was putting the controller and all the wires back into the box attached to the frame. After I replaced the parts, the bike seems to function as intended, based on a short test drive. Now that I can actually start using it, I will update the review of its features, dynamics, etc.

I purchased TUTTIO-Adria26 electric (orange) bike and received it on Wed. April 23rd, 2025. It came packaged in a rock solid heavy duty glued and stapled box and everything was strapped down inside the box. So, if you are concerned about potential damages during shipping, DON'T BE. You will not have a problem. As a matter of fact, it takes an effort just to open the box...THAT'S A GREAT PROBLEM TO HAVE. Next, I removed everything from the box and organized all the parts on a tarp in my driveway. Every part on this bike is top quality. It's even more impressive in person. It took me about 2 hours to assemble the bike but I took my time and I took a few breaks in between setup. I love the fact that they literally ship every tool you need to assemble the bike including a heavy duty open end wrench. I only needed to use 1 tool of my own and that was a pair of nips to cut the zip ties that locked down the bike. I personally watched the assembly video and used the manual to be as thorough as possible. Keep in mind that the Adria 26 comes about 75% assembled. All the major components and wiring are pre assembled so anyone can assemble the rest of the bike as long as you can follow directions. I found the process fun and relaxing to be honest with you. Plus, as you complete step by step you quickly get the gist of how awesome this bike really is. Unlike many e-bikes I've researched, the Adria 26 comes loaded with 2-2500 watt hub motors. The electrical components are all top quality right down to the monster 52V 30AH battery. **note: Charge the battery while you are assembling the bike so if you are like me, you can ride the minute your done with assembly** The front and back brakes are hydraulic and the rotors are exceptional. This bike can stop on a dime. The center mono shock is meaty and well made and has just enough resistance for my weight, 230lbs. The front shocks are adjustable and hydraulic. They are extremely well made. I left the default factory setting on the front shocks which is perfect for me. The seat is fully adjustable not just height but front to back angle as well. Oh, and the seat is super comfortable. The front LED headlight is one of the best I've seen compared any other bike out there and the rear brake light is plenty bright enough. The LCD display is awesome and the amount of information at your disposal is impressive. You'll be very happy, believe me. The tires are better than I've seen on some motorcycles. The power and torque is incredible. The speed is well above industry standard averaging over 30-35 miles per hour, and higher, even getting up to 40 mph at times, for someone my size. The Adria 26 has a 7 speed Shimano gear shifter which is top of the line and it also has 6 riding modes which is incredible. The ride is very smooth, on or off road. This bike comes with all the accessories you need to get out and start riding, including front and back fenders, a well made rear rack and a double rear rack bag. It also comes with a center bar mounted phone pouch. In summary, I couldn't find a single thing about this bike that I would change. It is absolutely awesome looking and so well made that you are guaranteed to be very happy with your purchase. I certainly am. Lastly, for the low price of $1399, it's a steal. I have done more research on e-bikes comparable bikes on the market (if there are any) sell for more than double this price, from what I've seen. I'm telling you that you will not be disappointed.
