What a well built solid E bike everything is beyond expectation and wonderfully put together no trouble whatsoever with assembly. Top-notch namebrand components, Everything included. I just want to say, this E-bike is very impressive. This is my first E-bike ever. I have had this bike now for about a month now and have tested it in my nationhood and in the deep woods of my county. It is very tough and the battery, on fist charge is still going. I only have a bout 30 miles on it right now but will defiantly put more on it. Package came by FedEx, no issues there. I had to help the delivery guy get it into my garage LOL. Nothing was missing or broken, it took me about an hour and half to put the rest of the bike together. I think they says it comes 90% together and they are close. The Alen Rench tool they give you could be better and may help put things together faster. Everything else was fine. I watched some videos on assembly, I’d suggest doing the same just to get familiar with it. Everything works great on first test ride. I bought some better tools also, just in case I need them on a ride. They give you a phone holder, an air pump, cargo bag for the back also. The bike is fast, from what I’ve seen on other videos, I only got it up to about 32 miles an hr. on the hard road myself. I will not be doing that off road for sure. I’ve read reviews and watched videos on this bike which helped in my decision of purchasing this bike. The customer support so far is good. They get back with you quickly if you have any questions or problems. There are bike accessories that should work on this bike as well. I did switch the seat out for a wider more comfortable one, but that was my prerogative. All in all, I would recommend this e-bike to anyone that is interested in adventure.

I purchased this as a birthday gift for my husband. He is thrilled with the speed, power and overall quality of the bike...we were especially impressed to find a very large Facebook community around this particular bike and have received some much needed information and assistance through this community.....The reason for the 4 star rating is twofold....number one... the instructions are OK but not as good as they should be....also, Throw away ALL of the “tools” included because they are cheap, worthless and often don’t fit and are likely to strip whatever you are working on.....be prepared with your own quality tools! Not really sure how or why it happened, but ten days after the bike was received; on a smooth ride with nothing of concern; the rear tire suddenly went completely flat!....to the point that just walking the bike, the rear tire separated from the rim and became a nightmare to move any further!....my husband was left with no choice but to drag it to the closest tree so he could lock it up and call me to come and help which was a few hours later because I was at work. $200.00 later (with a better tire and inner tube) he is back on the road enjoying his bike! We had to take it to a bike shop because we weren’t able to get the back tire off....we later found out from the bike shop that it was because you can’t remove the rear tire nut without first removing the screw that holds the fender in place....just a costly and frustrating experience in a short time span!.... we did a lot of research... look at citizen cycle on YouTube he has some great videos about this bike… Overall we feel really good about the purchase just wanna be honest about our actual experience hopefully it’s not a common one!

I had to take this bike to a bicycle repair shop out of the box and pay 35$ to get the brakes adjusted so that I could safely ride it. With the price it was incredibly annoying to have to turn around and get the brakes maintenanced upon arrival because they were not lined up in a way that would let me attach the front wheel safely. They are committed to customer satisfaction however and have reimbursed the cost of the brake service. While the battery won't last as long as advertised in hilly terrain it is a fantastic bike and the dual motors mean that even on a steep hill you can maintain a decent pace.
