The media could not be loaded. I’ve used this eBike for a full week and am completely disappointed, frustrated, and concerned for my safety. I bought it specifically to use for DoorDash and commuting, and the product has not lived up to a single major claim. • Speed: The ad says 40 mph, the description says 38, but I’ve never gotten past 36 mph on full charge. • Battery: Drops a bar after just 0.3 miles of riding. After a 7.5-mile round trip, the battery is down to 1 bar — nowhere close to the promised 60-mile range. • Power: The listing claims 4500W peak, but with 1500W front and rear motors, that’s only 3000W — and it doesn’t perform like 4500W at all. • Inconsistent Launches: Sometimes the bike barely moves when I twist the throttle — I’ve nearly been hit by cars due to these weak starts. Other times it lunges forward too hard, which is dangerous when turning or maneuvering in traffic. • Motor Failure: I literally have video proof of both motors failing mid-ride, which almost caused a serious accident. • Alarm/Useless Lock: The alarm goes off, but the bike can still be turned on and ridden away — totally defeats the purpose of a lock system. • No Support: The seller included a contact card, but the phone number doesn’t work and the email bounces back. Completely unresponsive. I bought this bike out of urgency and need — not as a toy, but as a daily tool to help earn income. Instead, I’ve been left with a dangerous, underperforming machine that was clearly misrepresented. Unless the seller makes this right, I can’t recommend this bike to anyone. It’s unreliable, unsafe, and falsely advertised — a serious letdown.

Received the Bike 1 week earlier than Was documented for the possible delivery. thanks guys I appreciate that. I was ready to assemble he bike and did so with out following having to follow any directions. Very easy to put together. the bike worked from the moment I filed the tires in readiness for my first ride. This is my first E bike. I have a test drive that I do and first I got used to the bike, acceleration, breaking, balance and and maneuverability etc. The difference between single wheel drive and Dual wheel drive is incredible. I have ridden about 15 miles so far in small 3 mile increments. the bike on a flat in one wheel drive can go up the hills but only with OAS, I rode my test hills this morning in all wheel drive and I was accelerating up the hills. Cant wait to take it off road. Best purchase in a long time. This bike lives up to the description. Adjusting the max speed and opening it up is a real treat. The Documentation is adequate more than an handful of troubleshooting pages. the quality of the bike is excellent. I'd buy it again !

Bike is ok but the seller of this bike does not know what they are talking about at all did not even know the settings on a bike they sold. The bike does not go 40mph. It does peel out with dual motor on but when your using throttle battery lines go all the way down until you let off the throttle. Would like to go 40 as that’s what they advertise.

Bike does not accelerate from stop.jerks like not enough power.Only feedback was rude. Suggesting I'm dumm! Uneducated lol rode once tried to leave stop sign was afraid didn't accelerate almost hit by car.Bike is dangerous bottom line.Both pedal crank are bent can't pedal either.good acceleration when it works.problem is refund return policy.I am not going to pay to ship back.Sellers responsibility to insure product works before shipment was not done no quality checks or bike would perform like it should.Seller needs to pay for replacement.If not the 5 to 15k I spend will no longer go to you.I will go to Ali express for better policy.I bought a keyu 4 yes ago.After purchase seller sent video of my keyu working as it should.Bottom line I just made last payment and I am calling Affirm finance.3 weeks and just talk seller has done nothing but put me off.no refund or replace no more Amazon purchases. Done ! You can't be trusted either

Spent 1300 dollars, and hour putting it together for it not to work or turn on. Do not buy! This is ridiculous for a brand new e-bike not to work. Battery is fully charged and nothing!
