I've purchased multiple products from KADS Nail Art over the past year, and have been 100% satisfied with all of them. Their customer service is unparalleled. I've contacted KADS multiple times through the Amazon messaging system — sometimes with questions about a product I'm considering buying, and sometimes with questions about a product *after* I've received it — and they're not only friendly, they're knowledgeable about the products they sell, too. I don't work with acrylics - I use gels. I wanted a couple of dappan dishes to hold 91% isopropyl alcohol when I'm working with gel nail products. These dishes are glass and heavy for their size. Their wide diameter relative to their height makes it very difficult to accidentally tip them over. Whether you're using them for alcohol, acetone, or monomer you *don't* want it spilled all over your workspace! That the crown design creates brush rests all around the dish is a very handy feature. If you're creating hand-painted nail art using several colors and separate brushes for each one, having a place to put the brushes you're not using at the moment is important. Setting the brushes down on the dappen dishes' rests will keep them from rolling off your desk/table onto the floor, or leaving streaks of polish on your work surface. It will also prevent you or your client from accidentally touching the brush heads and getting uncured gel polish/paint on your — or their, — skin. My first set of dishes arrived broken, so I contacted Amazon (Amazon, not KADS, is the shipper). I was sent a new set, which I received just a few days later — they arrived in perfect condition.
