Fantastic bike!!! It arrived in just a few days from ordering it and the packaging was very secure and durable. The bike was very easy to put together, even with all the accessories it only took me 30 minuets to complete. I would recommend having your own set of metic allen wrenches for assembly as the set they send can be a bit tricky in spots. I am very impressed on how comfortable and quick this bike is. I'm 6'2", 260lbs and sit just right on this bike. Take off with very little peddle assist and the motor kicks right in. I had no problem doing 27mph on my commute to and from work. The battery holds up very well, even using it as a fully electric bike. The headlight is very bright and I had no issues seeing well ahead of me traveling at top speed. This bike is very well built, especially for the price. I am extremely glad I purchased this for my daily commute.

It came packaged well. No scratches, everything works. The plastic fenders were slightly bent so I straightened them using a heat gun. Took less than 5 mins. The battery came fully charged. Assembly was pretty straightforward took about 45 mins. It came with a phone holder, mirrors, gloves, a nice bag that attaches to the cargo rack, bike lock, a full set of tools for all the screws, nuts and bits, spare inner tube, spare brake pads, pump and bike cover. The battery is 48V 16Ah and the motor is 750W. Didn’t have to adjust the brakes or the gears. Gears shift smoothly, overall the bike feels solid. Everything worked perfectly right out of the box. I specifically ordered this bike with “prime” delivery because I had ordered another e-bike from a different brand and it shipped with fedex. For some reason where I live I have a 25% rate of receiving my packages. Yes, fedex has lost 3 out of 4 deliveries! Thanks to Amazon’s A to Z coverage I got my money back from the first order. Amazon prime delivery is way better. Back to the Pujh review, the tires needed air, recommended pressure is 40-65 psi. Impressions after my first ride: I rode for 28 miles and came back with 2 out of 5 bars on the battery. First 14 miles I was using level 3 pedal assist for the most part and that goes up to around 17 mph. The battery went down to around 3/5 bars. On my way back I kept it on level 2 PAS and actually pedaled more. The range you’ll get will wildly vary depending on how much effort you put in. Probably 25-30 miles if you rely too much on the assist and 50 plus miles if you do more of the work. I don’t see myself ever using level 5 PAS unless going downhill, you would have to pedal crazy fast to keep the speed up. Level 4 and 5 are pretty much for full electric mode using the throttle. FYI this bike does not come with the cruise control mode activated out of the box but you can activate it in the settings menu. Now I can lock in a speed with the throttle and turn on cruise control by pressing the “-“ button for a couple of seconds 😀. The display is crisp and bright, it displays PAS level, speed, trip miles, average mph, max mph, battery level. The seat is okay, I’ll probably get a more comfortable one. Bikes with 29” wheels are pretty tall, I’m 5’8” and I feel like anyone shorter might struggle getting on and off the bike. The front and rear lights are great, the rear light has a brake light along with a running light. The ride is pretty quiet, the motor kicks in strong, the breaks are adequate, I locked the rear tire more than once. Overall a great experience so far. Most of these e-bikes on Amazon are from the same manufacturers with different sellers slapping on their own branding. Considerations are style, wheel size, motor strength and battery capacity. Don’t be fooled by claims such as 1200W max power. What you really need to know is the correct power of the motor, is it 350W, 500, 750,etc… I have seen max power rating of 750 for what is a 350W motor. Don’t pay $700 for an e-bike with 350W motor and a 36v 12 ah battery! Watch some videos or read some articles to educate yourself first. Then once you start looking around Amazon you’ll start to get a sense of price/performance of all these “different!” E-bikes. You’ll save some money. Having said all that I believe Pujh I purchased is a good value for a true 750w motor with a 48V 16Ah battery. The build quality seems good, everything came out working, nothing missing or broken. I do recommend it.

I would give it zero stars if possible. The tire rim CRACKED IN HALF while my son was riding in a parking lot! Thankfully he was not on the road when it happened or it could have ended very badly. I find it hard to believe this bike can do all it says when it had maybe 10 miles of paved road riding when it broke while he was turning. We had high hopes for this bike and he used his own money he earned to pay for it.

I bought two of these for my Kids. They are a great value and better than I expected. My only complaint is the handle bars: The rise is adjustable, which is handy, however, the locking mechanism is flimsy plastic and loosened repeatedly. In my opinion it's dangerous because the handle bars can collapse if it loosens too much, especially at speed when they jitter and wiggle. This brings me to my next comment which is good or bad depending your preference: these bikes are fast! My kids and I have got them up to 35MPH. They accelerate quickly to full speed. My first ride caught me off guard. While the speed is impressive, it's just too much for these lightweight bikes. They feel unstable at high speeds especially when cornering. The speed is completely adjustable and, if you are more reasonable with your riding style, they are comfortable and get good range on a charge.

Bike is great. Easy to assemble. Took an hour or so. Hits 30mph. Im 6'2 270 pounds. Rode it 10miles at full speed any only lost 2 bars of battery. I could easy go 25miles on a charge. Would recommend. Plus overnight delivery is great.

Had this bike a few weeks... Overall, I love it. I get so much more exercise over a standard bike, sounds counter-intuitive but it's true. However, there are a couple things to note. First, and most important, the battery is not UL rated so their claim of power may or may not be accurate. Batteries are proprietary so if you need a replacement that may be a problem as these Chinese companies aren't around long. So far, it seems up to par, lasting about 70 miles+ with pedaling and will do close to 30mph. Next, the bike will not start off in electric only (like some other brands), you must get some speed up before the motor will engage. This is a problem if you're waiting to cross an intersection and are in a high gear. So, you better get in a lower gear before you stop. Next, and this might not apply to others, the bike is geared as a mountain bike so you will ghost peddle above 16mph. Here in Florida (flat terrain) I only used the top 3 gears. So, it was very easy and inexpensive to replace the front 3 sprockets with a single larger 52 tooth crank, thus converting the 21 speed to a much more usable 7 speed. This allows me to be able to peddle up to 26mph. Lastly, and the one thing I really like is that you can shut pedal assist off completely (as I do) and strictly use the twist throttle grip for electric assist. This gives me more control over when I want assist. Otherwise it will constantly help you pedal....good for some, not me...Overall, seems like a good value for the price. Battery longevity and performance will be the deciding factor over time.
