Feels great on the toes & ball of feet, the arch is not so. The arch is not lined up properly with the foot. The arch is too soft & breaks down easy will not be long before there is no arch left. It's OK in my house shoes where not much walking is done. For a long walk, I am back to my hard arch support.

Suffering from Periformas pain in my right hip and lower back pain, in the same area, for MANY YEARS, I resigned myself to a limited physical life and being careful as to what I physically could & could not do and much feared eventual major surgery, . I suffered plenty. I could not work in my yard, walk anywhere and would hurt just trying to stand up. I had an annual physical and & was told my right arch was shot & and the left getting just as bad. I bought these arch supports and after ONE DAY, seen a MAJOR improvement. THE 2nd DAY: 100% PAIN FREE. I also feel like my skeleton is being moved into an overall normal stance. NO MORE SLOUCHING FROM PAIN. WHAT A RELIEF . This is my 3rd day and woke up 100% pain free. Unreal.
