The chair first arrived and at first glance I thought they had left out a bunch of stuff. Turns out all the smaller stuff is in the back side of one of the pieces which is the top or the bottom. I can't remember which but after unzipping it I pulled everything out and unfortunately the most important thing was missing. The little tool and all the little bolts and screws to put it together were nowhere to be found. I contacted Amazon for a resolution and they said it would be up to 72 hours before I heard anything, but I also had a phone number for the company itself. Turns out they're a factory wholesaler and more than likely when you're missing parts they will not be able to help you. But they will offer a partial refund and you can go to your local hardware store and try your best to matchup the bolts and screws which they do give the proper size but not the length. I'm giving them a 3 ⭐ rating because On top of me having to pay a separate $19.99 shipping fee I have to wait 72 hours to find out whether or not if they even have them and if they don't, I have to go by it myself and get a partial refund and I have Prime, So yeah... Buyer beware. You would think they'd Make sure everything was included but I'm honestly starting to think that this is not an isolated thing that all of them are missing that little package and that's why they have them on the cheap and now they're just trying to recover their losses. It's easier to issue a partial refund rather than having to send out a replacement package of tool and bolts that holds the whole chair together. Overall, the quality of the chair looks to be pretty good and sturdy but without a way to hold the chair together, it's just a collection of junk. ... show more
