I had received my 12” queen bed. But the 3 twin 6” beds never came. They put it down as if it was delivered and they took a picture of that one queen mattress as if it was the the twin mattress’s . The queen bed is wonderful my husband and I slept the best we ever did and I am currently 8 months pregnant and a side sleeper. It is like sleeping on a cloud. However I never received my entire order so I have mixed reviews about that. I did receive a refund and hopefully the three 6” twin mattress that I ordered for my kids come like it supposed too. It arrived ahead of schedule, the packaging is very minimal but provided adequate protection. This was a good thing for me. Less waste most of which was recycled. The mattress inflated to shape very quickly. I stood it on one side and began assembling my new frame. About 30-40 minutes later I came out and it was filled to shape so I rotated it to the other side. About 2 hours total after opening i placed it on my frame, it was completely inflated by then, absolutely smell free outside of the one spot the de-oxy packets were laying against it. I washed the cover which is actually a very soft and decent quality cover. I don't use a sheet as I found the cover to help the cooling layer work wonderfully. It provides great support in a semi firm but contouring manner. It alleviated alot of hip and shoulder pain I'd experience before. I would gladly buy this product again when the time comes to replace my current one.

I was putting off buying a mattress until I move in a couple of months but my old box springs were too uncomfortable. I could not get comfortable to sleep all night and started having back and sciatic pain. I got the 10 inch full size and it fits perfectly. No smell at all. It was almost fully puffed up by the time I got it straightened out! Looks to be 10 inches (that’s what she said!) This mattress is firm and soft. It somehow cradles you while providing support. My sciatic pain is starting to resolve. I knew my old bed was bad and wish I had bought this months ago.

After inflating for a few hours, it appears ready. We left it for the full 24 hours as recommended though. It has a luxurious hotel feeling. We purchased the full for each one of our children and they sleep soundly. It’s firm and supportive but molds to you after a few minutes. It comes rolled into a box and was a little heavy to prop up and cut out of packaging but it was great!
